@ racenemo, I have a co-worker who thought that drinking a gallon of water a day is healthy, unfortunately the one he has been drinking has flouride. After a less than a month, he was complaining that he cant concentrate and feel very weak and can't function and think clearly. The only way to get the flouride out of tap water I know of is to use a reverse osmosis water filter. They are quite expensive though and require an electric supply for the pump. I'll be getting one though when I can afford one. If you aint got your health, you aint got shit.
No, but it does get rid of chlorine. Boiling just concentrates the flouride. Reverse osmosis or distillation are the only ways, this also gets rid of heavy metal traces too like lead, mercury and aluminium.

There are good water filters with fluoride filters you can order online. I have an 8 stage water filter which even uses a solid ceramic filter, I love it.

calcium fluride(in toothpaste)=ok. sodium flouride(in water)=very bad.
sodium flouride is an agricultural waste product that leaches into the water supply.
it is very expensive and time consuming to remove, so they leave it in.
combine that with chlorine, which is also a toxin to humans=bad tap water.
chlorine kills bacteria, so kills the good ones in your guts. it does nothing against virus, chryptosporidium etc. tap water really is shit. by bottled.

The aspartame free diet has in fact helped my health! I used to be greatly underweight but I am finally gaining weight (Not to suggest fat people take more aspartame). wow best of luck look! I tried growing beans this year but the slugs got them . i went out at night and there were loads ( a massive one , full of my bean plant) i found out that wide copper tape fends off slugs and they go off instead to eat your weeds. id like to grow organic cabbage. i reckon the leaves at the super market must be full of chemicals and they never tell you how much or what chemicals are included. Maybe a greenhouse would help?

After a less than a month, he was complaining that he cant concentrate and feel very weak and can't function and think clearly. The only way to get the flouride out of tap water I know of is to use a reverse osmosis water filter. They are quite expensive though and require an electric supply for the pump. I'll be getting one though when I can afford one. If you aint got your health, you aint got shit.

No, but it does get rid of chlorine. Boiling just concentrates the flouride. Reverse osmosis or distillation are the only ways, this also gets rid of heavy metal traces too like lead, mercury and aluminium.

For those who argue regarding fluoridation, show them the back of a tube of toothpaste that says you need to seek poison control if you swallow a pea size amount.
In this amount is 1mg of fluoride. The equivalent amount is in 1 liter of fluoridated water. Are we to seek poison control every time we drink 1 liter of fluoridated water as well?

Just because you believe the lie that ingesting fluoride is somehow good for your teeth doesn't mean what you do it right. Toothpaste is by far the main reason why dental health has improved in the last 50 years. Ingesting fluoride was documented by the Nazi as a tool to render the general population docile and submissive, plus so many side effects from ingesting fluoride make it so that it should NEVER be forced down everyone's throat. Come on it's also a pest poison!!

There are good water filters with fluoride filters you can order online. I have an 8 stage water filter which even uses a solid ceramic filter, I love it.

Why would they need to "INGEST" fluoride to help teeth?? last time i checked the teeth were inside the mouth which have the ability to be touched from an external source. now maybe if teeth were inside the body fluoride would help them. why would you need to drink more fluoride when EVERY SINGLE tooth paste has fluoride in it. too much fluoride causes fluorodosis, theres a reason why there are DRUG facts on the back of tooth pase, and it says if you ingest to call poison control.

I remember that when I drank Pepsi Max (i do not know if you call it that outside Sweden), I felt dizzy and kind of weird. But then I learned about this aspartame thing, so I quite. I'm lucky I never drank alot of it!

Some key decision makers are making tons of money from it's use. I believe the drug companies are behind most of it since if we consume all these toxins and get sick, many of us will most likely go to the doctor and he/she will prescribe some drug and this keeps them getting richer and richer at the expense of our and our children's health.

Ok, first attempt "vanished"..
Was going to mention one that had "brown rims" at tooth bases and had adverse reactions to F-paste, thus never brushed very often.
When switching to F-free paste (A.Vogel with herbs) he doesn't react to the paste (excessive saliva/slime from mouth, nose, lungs), and the brown deposits was almost gone in a matter of days.
Chlorine can be vaporated from the water.
Fluorine can't, it stays as a residue.

Well, I suppose it depends on the F compound btw, pure F are a gas in room temperature.
I would like some input as to the evaporation method for removing Cl, F, and other harmful stuff from water.

It doesnt evaporate. Fluorine is as gas just like chlorine.
When you add sodium to chlorine you get table salt (which is vital to health).
Sodium fluoride is not good. Boiling it concentrates it in water just like regular salt.

The aspartame political horror-show should illustrate clearly that, overall, there are government/industrial entities that are bent on harming and/or killing us through every means necessary. This is no longer in the realm of "conspiracy theory". Monsanto is just one example. It's time to move to the country (next to a natural spring!) and start a garden!

i use non fluoride toothpaste best my teeth have every been, Also i avoid aspartame as my mate was a diet coke addict and did of brain tumour at 42 years old.
