I remember when the 200 series first rolled out. There was an inactive unit on display at The Sharper Image, and a nearby monitor played this video on repeat. It was fascinating for me, as a child. The 200s looked so active, spontaneous and responsive. When I finally got my first one, I was interested, but ultimately disappointed by Sony's rigid programming; the robot didn't respond in a convincing way that communicated a personality developed in response to user input.

I bought my black 210 from nippondeals. They are great! Of course, its not cheap, but their aibos are as new
