It's tricky to get what you're looking for there...

You get a lot of the pictures you're looking for in Gelbooru if you replace a space with an underscore so type in "Mega_Man" instead.

But I warn you when I say you will get a lot of porn.

Even with the underscore your chances run slim; I pretty much use Gelbooru for Touhou images, I rely on Google for the rest.

Most of it's porn really, but I've found several amazing Zero and Vile images on Gelbooru. Even though Vile is tagged as "VAVA" on Gelbooru as his Jap name. You just got to have the gut to look past some of that Roll Pedophilia crap and you'll be good to look for what few good Megaman pictures are actually behind all of it.
