  • i fell a very good video. most of the sportsman in their early age donot have good running technique. These drills will help them to become better atheletes.

  • @chipotlex you didn't understand the training well but we use these drills in our fitness and it works very well..try it once a week for a month then tell me your opinion

  • The ladder teaches fluidity, coordination, rythmn and symmetry. All of these are components of quickness.

  • whats the point of the agility ladder and also doesnt it just slow u down with quickness because of the movements plz respond thank u

  • @asacestt As you do these movements more you will get quicker at them while bettering your coordination with your feet, especially with the agility latter. You would be surprised how quickly you can preform moves like the forward shuffle when you perfect the motion. It helps in fast twitch muscle development very much.
