@chipotlex you didn't understand the training well but we use these drills in our fitness and it works very well..try it once a week for a month then tell me your opinion
@asacestt As you do these movements more you will get quicker at them while bettering your coordination with your feet, especially with the agility latter. You would be surprised how quickly you can preform moves like the forward shuffle when you perfect the motion. It helps in fast twitch muscle development very much.
a lot of agility is natural when youre born. this can't help you juke anybody

The ladder teaches fluidity, coordination, rythmn and symmetry. All of these are components of quickness.
