okay, so like...

i was experimenting by folding strips of lead tape and putting it in a cotton ball, then placing them inside the buttcap of my aeropro GT.

and now one of the folded strips are somewhere in the frame, is there any hope for me in getting that out?

When you remove the butt cap off there is Styrofoam of some sort and it does not total get the small debris out from the frame. What do you do?

umm i have a rattle on kfactor racket (95head size) umm i take of teh bottle.. but it doesnt come off.. so do u think if i take it to a stringin shop they will take it out for me???

It could be a whole host of different things. the method shown above is merely one way to fix rattles in rackets. Most other methods are trickier. Next time you replace your grommet/bumperguard kit, shake the racket in much the same way as above while the grommets are out of the hoop. you may be able to free the loose particles through the grommet holes this way.
