I think when he does to the gym (if he does) he trys to give advice to people lifting weights he never will be able to think of lifting!

I wouldn't get all hyped up over it, even though he is at a heavy bodyweight, but if he did one with strict from from dead hang using NO momentum at all from the bottom and pulled his chin 100% over the bar even for one rep, if possible, it would have been more impressive. :)
I'm 13 202lbs and I can do a chin up with 115lbs added, so I guess lat and bicep power is not Kevin's thing? :P
@13andincrediblycut the fact that he is swinging means nothing. Perfect form is generally for balancing muscles and cut. Kevin is a powerlifter so he is just going for a good workout. Its like when people see powerlifters do benchpress with those real short pumps and they say its bad form when in reality thats the correct form for powerlifting.

bodyweight makes a massive difference, i was fairly strong at 260 and i couldnt even do one, and i went down to 192 and lost some strength and can do 8, i can imagine 15 with 110lbs strapped to me lol

@luciphoenix Well for awhile I used 5/3/1 and pulled a heavier single on my 1s week. Now I am using 5/3/1 for my log/squat/bench which is working nice and for DLs I am giving max effort work a try with week 1 I pull a few heavy singles on a dl variation and week 2 I go for a new max then I switch to a different DL variation. I think it will help because I do not so much of a carryover from reps to 1rm on the deadlift.

So what if there was a guy who weighed 220 and added 80lbs, to get to 300 lbs, and did it for reps?
Im 170 and throw on 70lbs for 5 reps, for a total weight of 240lbs
