The only thing this miner did wrong, was not to learn what Consitutional protections he had, before entering the courtroom. Otherwise, Mr. Tracy was mining responsibly. Nothing Mr. Tracy did was illegal under the mining laws of the United States. Now I know you tree hugging moonbats will disagree, but to do so only shows your total ignorance. Mining creates wealth for the miner, but also adds wealth to this nation. The last time looked, the greens produce zero wealth. Watch him win on appeal.

One man's profit versus the destruction of public land?

This makes me angry. Archaic mining laws need to be changed. I'm restraining myself from using stronger language, but Mr. Tracy? This finger is for you. Who the hell do you think you are? You're part of the problem, not the solution. Here's hoping you lose in court.
