  • What a film.... Music is fab too

  • Last night I walked home for five hours with the guy I am deadly in love with. It was raining like a fucking monsoon. Everything looked feverishly sharp and beautiful. I heard this song on his iPod. It was a moment I won't forget all my life.

    Till I die.

  • Was played at my bros wedding. Weeping vessel please!

  • first dislike gets an axe in the head as a warning

  • this film blew me away. you hear things like this happen all the time so it was nice/painful to watch something with truth behind it

  • Where does this appear in the film?

  • @starsmileygirl34

Timbo is found dead in the loo, and the rest of the gang gets in the car and drives out to the house where Anthony and his brother is. The song is in a bit faster pace in the film though.

  • This is a very special song for me, it was the first film i'd watched with a partner and it became 'our song' after listening to it in a car on the way home from a lovely day out. I recieved a hot-air balloon ride for my birthday not so long after and written in the card was 'may this be a moment you never forget for the rest of your life'. A year later we travel from the UK to Croatia to hear him live and we got to meet the man, it was nice to share with him how special his song was to us.

  • my nick... :D LOL :D

  • @skint0n0minted Yeah, Matlock and the surrounding area.

  • Id die for my bro, great film. Great soundtrack and Paddy Considine is the most under rated actor on these shores. Thats a TRUE action hero

  • Great film & soundtrack

  • An amazing song. I'd recommend the album to anyone (Adem, I mean, although I'd recommend the film's soundtrack too).

  • i'm allways left with the same feelings after a s.meadows movie, he's fantastic. a room for romeo brass left me feeling the same, kind of melancholy but not depressed, kinda reflective. it evokes so many emotions, really makes you think. Its nice cus its all based on his experiences, i can relate to alot of his material which is cool.

  • This film was made in my hometown (Y)

  • Never been touched by a film and its soundtrack the way i was by this. truely outsatnding!

  • This film is one of the best I have ever watched. Shane Meadows is an absolute ledgend. The most moving and emotional film I have ever seen and the soundtracks is just sublime. 10/10

  • great track from a brilliant film

  • best british film ever. this song on top of that henchman's death just made me so sorry for the dirty buggers

  • <333333

  • i think its the music and raw emotion that make this film so good...plus he fucks up everyone who deserves it. revenge films are so good

  • this is a excellent film but like horse porn more

  • @jonesp236

    i bet you do

  • @jonesp236 ha ah .that is without doubt the most fuckin weird statement i have ever read.!!!!!!...tell me ...whats it like??????

  • god will allow them into heaven..i cant allow that....ouchhh

  • Great movie! Watched it 2 times and still did not get bored :p

  • i watchd it 14 times mate :) its the boyo like

  • "What the fuck are ya looking at?"

    "YOU YA CUNT!!"

  • damn this movie is sick i love uk films!

Ive watched this movie so many times i dont know why but its sucha good movie

  • LOVE this film... Watched it again last night, can't get enough.

  • same i masturbate when he exucutes the guy with the bag on his head its better than horse porn

  • aarrr yeah!! I think the sexiest bit is where he puts that fella in the suitcase!

  • yah but its weird it looks like he doesnt even shoot him when he has the gun to his head

  • So true. I watch the film, and feel as if I need to watch it straight away again.

  • this song is absolutly beautiful. it makes me cry everytime.

  • paddy considine is fantastic in any role he has played tht ive seen, a room for romeo brass is great :)

  • Ceejaigh- i agree wholeheartly with you on this. British film making takes the piss out of hollywood! Paddy Considine is a facinating vigilante. One of the best films in a long line of British cinema, Ice Cold in Alex comes to mind!

  • Darkly comic, disturbing, emotionally powerful. Incredible film.

  • beautiful...beautiful...beautiful. once again music encapsulates in five mins what it takes most of us to say in a lifetime. As far as the film goes...it has more impact on a shoestring budget than what most million dollar hollywood productions could ever wish for.

  • This soundtrack sends chills down my spine. Truly a great movie.

  • I met the man himself in Croatia and was lucky enough to have a one to one conversation for about an hour, he' a very nice man.

  • the film is my fave film ever and the songs to it are so moving, the first time i saw it was nearly 3 years ago now and still i cant find a film to out class it, and i dont think i ever will.

  • yeah, this song is phenomenal, so is the movie.

Its sort of in the same atmosphere as The Fountain. After seeing it youre left with kind of the same feeling.

Warm, empty, happy and sad - all at the same time. Its fantastic

  • @Lejnus What movie is this from?

  • Comment removed

  • @captaingoatbeard7 Dead man's shoes? See the description

  • @19jbaker91 chech out this is england, equally good. love them both. shane meadows is a fucking god!!!

  • strange how americans can't understand their own language when it's spoken by it's creators haha ;)

  • Awesome movie, awesome sountrack..enough said..Any Americans out there who want to see the kind of movie we Brits can make on pocket money...get this one! You'll be gobsmacked!

  • prob my fav movie made in the last 5 or so years. very powerful and a great soundtrack :)

  • One of the best films ive ever seen and best track from it too! ;)

  • This is a good song.

  • what a film!! what a song!! LEGEND!!

  • thanks v. much for uploading this.

i've had this great lonesome feeling when this song comes on my mp3 player for the last how many months; walking to places/work etc. because no friends knew what it was plus i couldn't find it on youtube, & so i liked to imagine (obv not true) that i was the only one who got the sentiments of this song!

    cheers!

  • Is that a line from the movie, it sounds familiar?

  • this is what the picture says:

    "Does it work, Richard?"

    "No, its knackered."

    "Its a shame."

"Mmm. Don't go climbin' in it"

"You won't leave me on my own, will you Richard?"

"'Course not. We're a team you an' me, bro"

theres a comic version of the movie in the CD-case, thats where i got the picture.

Thanks for all the comments, everyone!

  • took me ages to work out who this was, thank you for uploading, clearly people on you tube have taste ;)
