Strange that so many have interpreted the title as "Epilepsy is like dancing" or "Epilepsy is the same thing as dancing". To me it has always meant that epilepsy is a creature who is dancing - a monster if you will. Though there's no judgement here, just description. Reminded me of a line from the letters of Dostoevsky - the Russian novelist who was an epileptic. "Some attacks of the illness are ecstatic", he said. This video seems to express a thought/feeling/experience a bit similar.

OK... so I met this band a few weeks ago, liked Antony's voice and all... then I heard this song. I felt kinda bad listening to it, though I tried to see the artistic side of it, but after watching this video, all I can say is that it's sick. I cannot see art in a person having a seizure and suffering, even if in this video it is shown like it can be a beautiful thing. It's not. I believe this is a different kind of epilepsy (which does exist) called "frontal lobe epilepsy". Sometimes people don't know it's happening to them sometimes, and you can get inspiration from what you see, or something like that. That would explain the lady's grin at the end of the video.
