Do a search for 'earthquakes lightning' the first result is a paper by some scientist who found that earthquakes can cause lightning. He wrote the paper in in 1970... 23 years before HAARP opened in 1993.

That circle "rainbow" in the sky is scary - where did you get that video? And it looks like sunrise, the Chile earthquake was @ 3am, so it had to be dark - all the other videos are dark, well except for the explosions in the sky.
Its NOT a rainbow, tho - I live in the land of rainbows & they never form circles, its about the angle of the sun & they will always be opposite in the sky from the sun. Ive seen some strange prisms lately though, vertical over the ocean.

Somebody is playing God and I don't like it. However, who's to say that China or Russia or some other country hasn't their own version of HAARP ? However, I noticed that the Tsunami to hit Hawaii was non-existent. Hawaii is strategically VERY important to the US....so, it would seem to be true. Holy crap.
The rainbow arcs at around the 4 minute mark are halos from ice crystals, not HAARP. People have been photographing them since them invention of color photography! I have a box full of similar pix (from the early '80s).
As for what the lady in Chile saw--the well-known earthquake lights, I'm guessing, like an earth-generated aurora. One theory is that certain crystalline minerals (esp. quartz) release electrical energy when stressed.

Though haarp exists, this is not proof for HAARP - this is a registered but rare NATURAL atmospheric phenomenon called fiery rainbows. It happens when the clouds are cyruses, as seen on the footage. Also sun needs to be high but I couldnt see from the video. Please RESEARCH before posting, my friends! This happened in Idaho a few yrs ago and that's natural.

proofs for this: search Circumhorizontal arc (scientific name for this phenomenon) on Wikipedia you will find plenty of pictures it looks exactly the same.
Again HAARP may be included but this should be examined again with all this evidence, also where was the sun, was it high because it's necessary for this phenomenon etc.
