  • i drink organic non fat milk. A LOT OF IT. honestly i got through a gallon in 5 days. I'm completely healthy and am actually very fit. while some milk may be less healthy for you, i would never call it "poison" common people.

  • I drink a lot of milk fuck you.

  • go research this: US Canada, Great Britain, these 3 countries have both the highest per capita Dairy consumption AND the highest per capita osteoporosis rates. The Calcium in milk is ACIDIC. The human can not digest it as easily as the calcium in alkaline foods. Do the research. People who eat dairy have MORE arthritis. MORE bone problems, MORE joint problems. Its all about ACID vs. ALKALINE.

  • This video is full of shit. Dairy is not bad for you.

  • @lovebigboobs29, Religious dairy consumer I see.

  • @LloydChristmas777 I am not religious about anything but I do consume it and its not poison

  • I hear alot of boring words but then I heard....

    DENMARK! NORWAY!

my day has been made, I live those countreues

  • I find this funny, I'm still gonna drink milk and eat cheese.

  • i love it when you hear people say "why would the government cover this up"

Are these people retarded! They cover everything up as they are nothing but legal criminals and its all coming out now. FUCK the Government!

  • P.S. ''Holland'' is not a country, mister researcher....

  • I grew up on milk in The Netherlands. No wonder I got so big. Ah well, at least I got big everywhere, hehehehe. Hurray for milk!

  • @SuperSmilingSmiley, Size has more to do with genetics than diet. I'd give your genes the credit, not the milk.

  • Okay - so I only drink Almond milk anyway but i do eat dairy cheese....does cheese have the same effects? Can I freeze and then thaw cheese to make a difference? Is Bison or Goat milk loaded with the same stuff? Why is the FDA letting this go on? The more we find out about estrogen the more we realize how powerful it is. If cow's milk is altering estrogen releases in women and men then it is possible that we are living shorter lives while playing host to inflicted aggressive diseases. Cancer.

  • A lot of my class mates r short bet they don't drink milk lol XD

  • 1 fact drink milk from tits much better

  • Hey guys, everyone drink milk because it has calsium im it but were does the cow get calsium from, vegetables, so eat that instead

  • I drink organic, pasteurized skim milk, and no paranoid pseudo-scientist will ever stop me.

  • I got grounded for not drinking my milk after I watched this...

  • But I need milk to grow taller

  • This is the lie from Annunakis :) because they do not like go back at their Planet, they like stay here. :) Naturell Milk is no Poison, H-Milk is Poison :) and they are fact. :)

  • Justin bieber shoulda drink lotta o milk

  • homogenized milk and other foods shred the insides of arteries and cause heart disease. chlorine and fluoride in tap water does the same thing.

  • WoW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I favorited this! Nice vid so glad u posted!!!!

    Pass along this vid peeeeps

  • 15 dairy farmers did not appreciate being exposed.

  • Adult cows dont drink milk...and their bones are like steel.

  • Isn't cows milk for baby cows?

  • you guys should know that diseases and hormones cant be transfered through breast milk right so theres actually no danger in drinking it

  • Both milks are good for you, but raw milk is far better when its safe. The problem with raw milk is that if the cow is infected with something it gets past on to you or if the person milking the cow didn't properly clean their hands, cow's tit, or bucket you can get real sick and possibly die. The whole organic movement especially fruits and veggies is crap. Organic foods still use fertilizers (poo) and pesticides their just natural. Organic use world wide would cause starvation for millions.

  • this is big fucking bull shit.... my god.... what dont the guy say stopeating stop drinking... FUCK i hate people like this

  • do u guys know that they just say this to promote thier media right? they say stuff so u guys will keep tunng in and watching..and thats were they cash in!

  • who cares its milk just drink it if you like it you gota die of somthink smoke weed and drink milk all day

  • Buy organic soy milk, boy almost all the products in America ire bad for you, artificial flavors and colors, preservatives, aspartame, chlorinated tap water, salt element deficiencies...... And then you heat your food with a microwave, poor Americans.

  • Sorry, but I still believe that milk was and is purely designed for baby cows. I am not a vegetarian, but am just a person who loves eating food that nature designed me to eat.

  • @TheLoserKingdom And what foods might those be? I bet the cow, pig og chicken did not grow their meat that way, so that you could digest it. It is your body that has adapted to their meat. If you only eat foods that the source itself has designed to be eaten, then you should only drink human milk, and you should only eat fruits, berries and vegetables where the seeds are in the edible parts, without being the edible parts. So no carrots, potatoes, nuts, leek, and the list could go on. Think....

  • @brutsi I agree with you. But I do believe that humans are supposed to drink milk for only the first two or so years of their life. I eat meat, that's natural. But I try to stay away from cow's milk, it's designed for a calf. Just pure logic.

    Potatoes = maybe not

nuts/seeds = depends on which type, like a strawberry's seeds are supposed to be eaten so they pas through our digestive system to be planted by our..... you know what I'm talking about.

  • @brutsi But non the less, I do agree with everything you say. Can't be too perfect though, but, I try my best.

Did you understand what I meant about eating seeds, then them passing through your digestive track to be planted?

Some go through you whole, others are broken open by the mouth. That's how the seeds of strawberries, tomatoes and other fruits are 'designed' I guess. We did it in Biology.

  • @TheLoserKingdom Of that you are correct, and i have been thinking myself. Nuts, they are probably meant to be edible anyways. When animals bury nuts in preparation for the winter, they cannot remember where they put all the nuts, so some of them will eventually sprout. When you think about it this way, then there is surprisingly few plant-foods that are not meant to be eaten. The tree might not want its acorn eaten, but it has to make it edible to motivate animals to store it in the wintertime

  • @brutsi Smart thinking

  • @TheLoserKingdom

Well thats true, there are even in fact some berries which rely fully on digestion to plant theyre seeds, 1 very good example which is found a lot in our western areas ist the mistletoe. The seeds of the mistletoe actually NEED to be digested, before they can even grow. Means: If theyres no digestion, there is no use trying to plant some mistleseeds, because without digestion they wont grow at all.

  • has anyone noticed how the children are entering puberty earlier then they acutally should be?

  • @MagicalOillusions yea cuz of all the hgh`s they put in the stuff ..high fructose corn syrup also causes lots of crap in development

  • @PEEWEEK707 hmmmm maybe no milk then..

maybe we should all be drinking our own mothers milk...

  • @MagicalOillusions hgh is only in cheao milk and high fructose corn syrup is only bad if u consume alot! so u can drink milk as long as u kno that it wont kill u ..ive drunk milk everyday of my life and i am healthy.....and the peole who are health nuts tend to get sick and then they wanna blame the foods and not look into a cure posibility or thier family history

  • @MagicalOillusions and there is no high fructose corn syrup in most milk but some has hgh

  • Cooked (dead) pasteurized milk from commercial herds is a terrible product... I'd never drink it. If you have to drink pasteurized milk, organic is better because it's free of pesticides, herbicides and recombinant growth hormones. So in that sense I'd agree that "milk" is a poor food choice. But raw milk from clean, healthy, grass-fed cows and goats is a wonderful, highly nutritious food.

  • @Nilsosmar Thank you..Someone with reason. That's what I believe, raw natural milk is better than Pasteurized(boiled milk) which has all those dangerous additives.

The description under the video explains that milk done this way is Glue milk and bad for yea. Yet the comments I see here are like the people who watched it didn't understand or didn't pay attention to what was being said.

  • @spellbinder00

in other videos its the same... i spent much time posting some more facts on 2 videos to idiots who just wouldnt believe that milk is not the number 1 health product. so i wont post it again im tired of it. Well 1 more thing guys, just think about it(if u have a brain, i hope u do btw!): If milk was sooooooooo healthy, why are we westernzie ppl so sick and have problems and need 2 swallow medicine like shit? I mean i though: milk is soooo healthy, how can this happen then???

  • @TheFreeFlow Mainstream media has done their job well, as well as the dairy association who repeat over and over that milk does the body good on T.V.. Yeah.. milk is good if it is raw milk from an Amish farm, they do not boil their milk and are some of the most healthy people I've ever met. ; - )

  • @spellbinder00

well maybe, to make a true, logical statement we would need more research data on how processed milk affects health vs raw milk, at least raw milk is definitely healthier. Still if even if u drink raw milk consider: Milk has high amount of calcium and phosphor and nearly no magnesium, so if u drink milk u MUST either supplement magnesium or get enough from other foods. If not u will for sure develop a magnesium deficiency, because calcium an magnesium are antagonists.

  • @spellbinder00 Milk is Poison the body cant absorb it or digest it.

  • @TheFreeFlow The full feature Milk Documentary DVD is avail - thru Kickstarter - . Link is - milkmovie(dot)com

  • @TheFreeFlow The Milk Documentary DVD is avail - thru Kickstarter - . Link is - milkmovie(dot)com

  • @MilkDocumentary

    thanks I will watch it.

  • @Nilsosmar

true, due to the heating process the milk protein gets denaturalized, and thats when the actually before healthy milkprotein turns into bad denaturalized protein.

  • @Nilsosmar organic farmers still to this day use pesticides. fact. the difference? just a smaller farmer making way more money.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA what an idiot. I drink almost a gallon of milk a day

  • omfg ive drunk a pint of milk every day of my life and nothing abnormal has happened to me -.- stop trying to find excuses for your shiity life

  • i think someone should sell breast milk and show a picture of the boobs that they came from.

  • I have been drinking milk all my life and I am in great health.

I guess there is no poison in the milk I drink.

  • Yeah there's still billions drinking milk...

  • thank God im lactose intolerant!

  • Drink from the tits, can't go wrong.

  • Hey remember when PETA said that Milk was more dangerous to drink than beer? Even promoting teens to drink it? HAHA those dumb asses.

  • @LiIGrim

Who listens to what PETA, or for that matter, VEGANS say?

They are both ratbag group of fanatics using YouTube just to frighten people into believing their nonsense!

  • @ERNIEMAC2 dumbasses listen to PETA

  • @LiIGrim

Any person or organization that maintains you don't need animal testing to evaluate new drugs is certainly misinformed and needs to be severely criticized !

  • @LiIGrim Lol are you serious they actually encouraged people to drink beer. Even if there is hormones in milk its still safer then beer.

This is simply about bad things being done to grow food. It's not just milk many food items now are not farmed right. Such as growing vegetables and not properly fertilizing the soil. So of course the vegetables grown from that soil are low in nutrients.

  • @avmf8 I' serious. Peta said "Wipe off that milk mustache and replace it with foam"

only PETA would be that douchebag enough to do that.

  • "imagine a cow on crack cocaine" roflmao

  • Natural milk from frams like the Amish is raw and very good for you, but the shots the cows get on industrial frams is full of female hormones and is very bad for both male and female. Do you want a girl of 5 years old going thru her first period or a boy who's testicles don't drop till 20 years of age? Things to research.

  • omg stop moving ur head!!

  • aaah shut up fat guy

  • then don't drink US Imported milk..

    blah blah blah..

I hate that guy, maybe he just doesn't like milk.

  • That's why we drink Pesteurized Milk to kill the bacterias and viruses in milk.

This guy is an idiot, maybe he wouldn't be so ugly if he drink some milk

  • @spellbinder00: Ok so this doctor doesn't like milk but what does he have to say about icecream, cheese, yoghurt, butter and other dairy products? Is he saying that ALL dairy products are bad or is it just cow's milk (liquid form)? Is he referring to fresh/raw milk or pasteurized & homogenized (UHT) milk?

  • @fzsheikh Same problem if it is not from a organic milk source.

  • @fzsheikh it's not difficult not to eat butter, cheese and everything made from milk.

I am vegan and I don't eat that. I don't wanna pay for animal suffering and for something that is bad for me.

  • @fzsheikh all dairy is poison! pasteurized is worse!, you dont need milk at all..!!

  • Leafy green vegetables are difficult for our bodies to pull all the nutrients off of in the G.I. tract. For these reasons if you eat a bunch of spinach your feces will be black, because you couldn't absorb all the iron it had to offer. Also growth hormone (in adults) increases the thickness of bone structure to the point of where you look disfigured. I would also like to add this guy is using scare tactics. Also cholesterol isn't bad for you, it's bad when it's out of balance.

  • @Hyakitaki Also I would like to add that milk is way more natural than the majority of the foods we consume. I have taken pathophysiology, physiology, organic chemistry, anatomy and human nutrition classes. I'm a nursing student, and I would like to add that milk is NOT a grown up food, but it's not bad for you. Lactose intolerance is caused by the intestines not being able to break down lactose (a sugar). With more consumption of lactose the intestines create more enzymes to break it down.

  • @Hyakitaki So basically what I'm saying here is if you are lactose intolerant and you drink milk anyways, sure it's going to be uncomfortable for a while, but you will stop being intolerant to it after a bit. Also I would like to fix some terminology this fucking idiot uses. The word allergy refers to a reaction due to a protein. The word intolerance refers to a reaction due to a sugar. intolerance doesn't lead to anaphlaxis. This guy has no education to back what he's saying. fuck him.

  • "Imagine a cow on crack cocaine!" HA! I'll never listen to news report that goes for the shocking spin on a theory before the "science" behind it. What a joke. Sensationalistic garbage.

  • Drink Organic Unpasteurized Unhomogenized milk.. go see your local farner

  • I don't think the title of this authors book is entirely correct, instead a title like pasteurized milk: the deadly poison. Pasteurization kills all of the beneficial enzymes. I've been drinking raw milk for a whole year and have never had any negative health effects, to the contrary, I've only noticed improvement in my health. Read up on Weston A. Prices book, nutrition and physical degeneration that PROVES raw milk is good for you.

  • Only stupid ppl will believe something as natural and good as milk to be poison and something as artificial and fake as soda to be good.

  • @Gutsyndicate Why (logically) would you think something produced SPECIFICALLY for a Bovine would be good for a Hominid?

Would you think a Cow drinking Human-Milk is normal for a Cow?

  • @MarxIzalias You do know there are Ants that Farm Aphids insects for their sweet Sap just as humans use cows? A Vampire bat drinks the blood of animals, that blood was not "designed" for other animals to drink but it works.

  • That doesn't answer my question, that merely Ignoratio elenchi.

Milk, sap and blood are very separate things.

Bovine serum albumin can be targeted as an invader to be destroyed in a human body. By a terrible coincidence, a section of the milk protein is almost identical to a protein on the surface of insulin-producing cells. When these people are sensitized to milk they are also sensitized to their own cells, leading to the cells' destruction.

Causing diabetes. Not made for humans.

  • @MarxIzalias Nothing in nature is "Made" for any animal. Animals adapt to what is available. Milk is no more meant for humans then Blood is for Bats. Most bats CANT drink blood. Pandas are meant to eat meat but it often wasnt available so they adapted to Bamboo. Many Humans have adapted to drinking milk and can easily metabolise it.

  • @ojideagu, "Nothing in nature is "Made" for any animal" Milk is, It is made by mammals for that particular mammal offspring.

Also quit trying to Straw man the point about milk with irrelevancies. Milk is produced by mammals only to nourish their offspring. It is made specifically for that process, it is not manufactured for the consumption of other species. It is the one thing that isn't, it may have been hijacked but it is not made for that purpose.

That is why we have human milk.

  • @MarxIzalias Eggs are not designed to be eaten they are to grow new life but MANY animals eat other animals Eggs because they are very nutritious. Blood is not made for Animals to drink, however many animals live off it because it sustains them. Cow Milk is not meant for humans but it is very nutritious and so humans can drink it. What part of that don't you understand? .

  • @ojideagu Another fallacy to defend your point huh.

Appeal to the masses does not CHANGE THE PHYSICALLY DOCUMENTED HEALTH REPERCUSSIONS.

Straw men do not CHANGE THE PHYSICALLY DOCUMENTED HEALTH REPERCUSSIONS. I am also not talking about EGGS, BLOOD, FECAL MATTER OR THE CONSUMPTION OF JET PLANES. Just milk.

  • oh plzzzz!! 'poison"... i used to work for morningstar dairy. 75 percent of southern cali's milk is made by morningstar. there is 1 percent peroxide in the milk that works as a preservative and this amount is not harmfull at all. true

  • Right so we should NOT drink milk? I dont give a damn bout what this guy is saying. I drink a lot of milk every day and i'm a healthy average Dane. Also what is his obsession with Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Holland, having the most breast cancer? Dang i wish that guy got cancer...

  • @JepHanz thats right, don't drink milk. He mentions not only breast cancer but osteoporosis in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

  • @JepHanz Milk is AWESOME end of story. Poison, yeh I guess meat is poison too to these pussies.

  • its EUGENICS. this is why its dangerous. almost everything is food is toxic. the govermeant want to kill you. write NWO EUGENICS here on youtube and you will see

  • cow on crack.. hahahaha

  • Caseine might be made to make glue, but I don't think it IS glue. Hmmm. No more milk for me for a while. I'll start eating oatmeal in the morning instead of cereal.

  • @nancy4366

There are plenty of dairy-free options, such as rice and almond milk. It may sound strange, but it goes well with any cereal.

  • @aboss115music

Ok, this is REALLY REALLY OLD PEOPLE. They fixed this problem. You don't have to stop drinking milk because everybody fixed this problem, because if they didn't they would have got sued by alot of people, and shut down. And nobody that makes or delivers milk has gotten shut down. Look this up on the internet.

  • corey, they didn't fix any problem. bovine growth hormone (BGH) is still used.

and no they wouldn't get sued or shut down. search 'bgh fox lawsuit' and find the wikipedia entry. eli lilly, a huge pharm company owns BGH and has massive political sway.

PS, BGH is banned in canada and europe.

the FDA isn't protecting you as much as you'd like to think. this isn't a perfect world where the good rises to the top and the bad is taken care of naturally. $ decides.

  • @nancy4366

Ok, this is REALLY REALLY OLD

PEOPLE. They fixed this problem. You don't have to stop drinking milk because everybody fixed this problem, because if they didn't they would have got sued by alot of people, and shut down. And nobody that makes or delivers milk has gotten shut down. Look this up on the internet.

  • I haven't drunk milk in 10 years, and my 6 1/2 year old daughter has never had it, nor any meat. This has been a good thing, she is in excellent health. Still, I always like to scrutinize the outward physical health of people who are on a nutrition campaign, and this guy, although he's right about alot of stuff, looks pretty sickly, and might have trouble selling his story on TV where viewers can see his porky physiognomy.

  • This is true. As many people say, you can't just talk the talk, you have to walk the walk.

  • Spellbinder was an awesome show

  • I'm vegetarian but I consume raw dairy products. What about raw milk? No growth hormones, no pasteurization, no nothing. That's what I drink. Kind of avoids most, if not all of the issues they're talking about. By the way has anyone else noticed how that guy glitches his head to the side while talking? Does he have something? Just wondering.

  • Raw milk can still have hormones. Hormones are also proteins which get digested once you drink them.

I can't believe this guy. Mucus is not caused by dairy.

  • Yes but no "growth" hormones, the stuff they inject to make the animals grow faster and antibiotics and other chemicals, so while there are hormones in raw milk it's not like the ones in processed milk.

  • Raw milk is straight off the cow and is unpasteurized. Organic milk has no antibiotics or added hormones.

  • I know this...

  • Why don't you just drink soy milk? I just recently became awakened to the whole thing, and am considering removing nutrients from animal sources from my diet, except maybe once a week, and only in meat form w/o extra dairy fat.

  • I use rice and/or soy if raw dairy products are not available.

  • hmm wow whenever i drink milk i get alot of flem that makes me cough

  • but I like milk.

  • well with all the shit put into the cows and the sheeps today that they didn´t do in the old societys... it comes out with the milk, and we drink it. that´s why i have a sheep in my room that can milk me

  • You paranoid people believe any moron who talks that "non-mainstream" crap. Milk is poison? People in Mongolia who have been consuming huge amount of milk as part of their traditional diet for thousands of years have excellent health - maybe because they didn't listen to quacks like that fat unhealthy looking dude in the video?

Yeah, drink Soy "milk" instead, it's much healthier... but wait, OMG!!! - You may start growing boobs and your testacies shrink from all those soy phytoestrogens!!!

  • This guy wasn't promoting soy milk. Whats wrong w/ almond milk? You can't compare the milk industry in mongolia to the one in the US. I agree that the title is misleading but the milk industry will pump out an over-rated product that is NOT at all good for you to pump out $ from you and they are not at all apologetic for it.

Can a fat person lose weight and still be fat? Can a fat person become educated on the body, work out & lose weight but still be fat? That man know what he knows.

  • ""People in Mongolia who have been consuming huge amount of milk as part of their traditional diet for thousands of years have excellent health""

there's a HUGE difference between the Mongolian milk and the US milk. The biggest dif being ours is pasteurized which kills the nutrition from the start. Then add a bunch of carcinogenic crap and all you have is garbage.

  • Milk is good and healthy and safe but only from not contaminated animals.

  • I have been drinking SOY milk with no sugar added for long time because I had

digesting problem with Cow Milk and I feel great and skin look younger (20years). When I was drinking milk, I really looked and felt old. at least 10 years.

  • I stoppd drinkin cow milk, cow cheese, ice cream, etc. Now my skin is CLEAR n GOREGOUS!Thank GOd I didnt listen!

Now I drink almond milk, and goat milk cheese, n sheep cheese,n coconut milk ice cream. Sometimes I cheat n have regular ice cream.n i'll get 1 pimple. I can deal wit tht!

  • unfortunately, I found out 3 yrs ago tht I cannot drink cow milk.I had vry bad cystic acne 4 10 yrs, and d "celebrity dermatologist" did not help at all!I mentioned everytime I had my cup of coffee with milk in the morning, I would get more pimples. She said whatever u put in ur body has nothn t do with it!

  • agree with supermanizgay. dont let these people brainwash you serisouly. i been drinking milk all my dang life and have i got cancer diabetes, heart disease ? NO ! just suck it up.

  • Milk is for BABY COWS- Not human beings- Especially with all the crap they inject in cows- It's common sense. People who drink it are idiots-

  • people who drink it are idiots ? Growing kids NEED it ! and almost every cowss arent injected nothing .

  • i don't give a fuck what this idiot says. i'm still gonna drink milk, with a big block of cheddar cheese, and have ice cream as a snack.

all dairy products, and i won't die or get a disease from any of it.

  • No, you wont get any disease, you'll

just get a bunch of harmful mucus

in your intestines from all the dairy

and be bloated all the time :]

  • I hardly drink milk, dont really like the stuff. Calcium and protein can be found in plenty of other foods.

  • There is no scientific or even conjectured proof that paratuberculosis causes IBS. Currentl research still claims here are NO known causes of IBS.

  • At this moment in time we dont yet know what the causes of IBS are, however I do know that people who have the condition and modify their diets to exclude dairy products can sigificantly reduce the number and severity of IBS attacks. It is evident to me that some people are not able to metabolise the protein etc, found in milk products and this causes the body to react horribly. I feel its better to avoid milk, we dont need it as other nutirious foods are available.

  • all conjecture has anyone actually tested all the brands to see if there actually in there /????? we dont care about getting calcium and you dont put leafy greens on your bowl of cerial when your in a dam hurry , no one knows if those diseases are coming from milk test the shit then say it, sounds like a bunch of pita nuts going in through another back door

  • shut the fuck up and get a life

  • i totally agree, McDonalds is disgusting, i havent eaten it in four years. the thing that disgusts me is the advertising that you yourself have clearly succumbed to , thinking milk is healthy and good for you-sure, raw organic milk will probably have it's benefits, but thats not what you're drinking when you buy supermarket milk. Did the above video not affect how you see milk at all?? dont you acknowledge what they're putting in it?? noone has your best interests at heart. but best of luck.

  • we all know milk is fattening, but you cant deny the fact that milk does have some vitamins in it, its proven that it does, but i mean we all eat meat off of animals, drink alcahual that kills our liver, drink soda, which is not natural, eat fast food, which is not natural iether, not even made from real food or meat, or eat Hot Dogs which is made from left over shit of the animal, chips, cheetos, wonder bread, dougnuts, im sure milk is more natural and better then alot of other shit we eat

  • i think this guy is just trying to make money, and sell his book, more attention more selling

  • negligible or not, it's there. Where did you get that stat?? because it would be a lot more than that I'm sure, but hey whatever helps you sleep at night mate. It's quite obviously not natural, otherwise all life would continue to drink milk after weaning. its the excretion of another animal, of course its not natural. AND you're completely neglecting the fact that hormone injections and chemicals are prevelent, youre just ignorant if you cant see that. its clearly poison once its processed.

  • how can you say that milk is not natural, & its poison, not good for you, but go & eat McDonalds,, im sure milk is more natural then mostly everything else we eat, burger king, McDonalds, allmost all that shit is not natural, ther fries arnt even made out of real potato's, everthing else we eat is not good & not natural, chips, wonder bread, McDonalds, cookies, im sure milk is alot better then alot of those, so why knock it so hard, my grandma been drinkin milk all her life, & she healthy as hel

  • another note-cows are mechanically pumped by a machine, which cannot accurately detect when the milk has been emptied from the cow's udder. the result is that the machine is actually 'sucking' out blood, as well as a portion of pus. thats right. that big white glass has a nice juicy percentage of pus in it. :D enjoy. i suggest "Dont Drink Your Milk" (Dr. Frank A. Oski and Dr. David Phillips)-an eye opening read.

  • yeah, that nice juicy percentage would be about 0.0001%. and therefore negligible.

  • this is so true. the advertising the dairy industry forces upon the public is a disgusting way to make them believe milk is nature's perfect food. Milk is poison. would you drink the milk of a lactating pig, dog, or horse? No. Imagine if a human female was lactating, pumped her breast, and bottled and sold it. This would actually make more sense than drinking the fluid from a COW'S body. not to mention the hormones and chemicals actually in this deadly substance.

  • whos you to judge whether drinking milk is 'natural' or not.

oh and whatever milk is, it is not a 'poison' nor 'deadly'.

  • he CLEARLY explained that the HORMONES given to the cows cause cancer, IBS, and that most of the cows have leucemia... Drinking milk is not unnatural...but only if it were coming from wild cows that are diseases and growth-hormone-free!!

THe American market manipulates all the things we eat and drink and its ALL making us sick...and killing us!

So are the chickens..and the meat...and the GMF...

that's why we should all consume only organic stufff

    WAke up!

  • Thank You for a great video....by the way I am now Vegan.

  • My parents have been drinking milk for 45 years and they're perfectly fine. I hate it cuz it taste like jiz.

  • It's good to know someone has tried jizz to inform others who dare not partake in that taste test of what jizz tastes like.

  • I don't like milk anyway.. I don't drink much at all.

  • He makes a decent case

  • Milk is pasturized which means that

it is heated to extreme temps

    killing everything in it.

they just add it in. its not natural.

The only reason we drink cows milk

is because they make it easiest for us.

all mamals are supposed to be

    weened off milk

  • I dropped weight and feel better since I stopped drinking milk. Also organic milk is darn expensive $5/gal. Its easy to cut it out of your diet and save money to boot.

  • cows take crack?!? hahaha since when?

  • Ither way I don't like milk I just don't like the taste

  • Yep, that's the best way to do it these days :) At least you can trust it that way.

  • LOL, Bovine growth hormone does nothing to humans.

Human growth hormone is like the ultimate steroid, though

  • Does this mean that people with sensitive teeth must give up their Sensodyne because it has the same ingredient in it as gunpowder? Maybe because it's extracted from urine? That is pretty nasty. Rubbing it all over your teeth and it comes from cow piss.

Shut up and earn a living the honest way.

  • it's been known for a long time that milk can be used in the making of glue. So what? Why do you think Elmers Glue has a cow in it's logo?

Potassium Nitrate is used in tooth paste for people who have sensitive teeth. It's also the main ingredient in gun powder and it is extracted from soil with high concentrations of animal urine in it.

  • I love a good old glass of irradiated milk... Kidding.

The idea of milk is nasty.

  • Some milk treated with growth hormones. Not all milk is treated with, i usually check the label.

  • what does soy taste like?

  • Can I ask what is in Soya milk that makes it so bad? What about organic soya milk or oraganic rice milk, I prefer organic rice milk to soya milk.

  • I agree that there is crap in milk thats why I drink soyamilk now

  • Hey, soy milk is even worse for you, just dont drink any milk at all. thats the best thing you can do

  • agreed

  • amikor vegetáriánus lettem még nem jött rendbe, amikor vegán akkor igen, meg volt refluxom is, de az is nagyjából megoldódott, 80/10/10-et raw-vegan-t pedig később kezdtem el :)

  • hilarious.....

  • I had cereal with milk while I watched this, it was delicious. I think I'll have a smoke now.

  • I had that problem too, and the doctors said it has to bee removed, I went vegan, and now I don't have any problem with it

  • I've been allergic to cow milk, basically from birth. I drank fresh goat milk when I could find it. Now I have my own goat and milk her twice a day. I make my own yogurt, cheese, kefir, etc. No growth hormone in my milk. The cow milk industry ALSO allows a certain percentage of PUS in the milk you buy at the store! MM yummy. I do sometimes forego meat and just drink milk at a meal in its stead. I eat home grown organic greens (mustard, collards, etc) and get good calcium that way.

  • Goat milk is more similar to human milk, if I'm right cow milk contains alfa casein, human and goat milk contains beta casein, that's why it is easie to digest, but goat milk is for goats :)
