As far as I am concerned the minute they gave Tiny a voice they ruined him.

Of all the characters they ruined over the years, Tiny, NGin and Cortex were the worst in that order. Cortex is just not a threat anymore and acts like a demasculated attention junkie, NGin is a superficial villain at the best of times and has become about as important in the gameplay as a cloud in the atmosphere background graphic and as for Tiny, its hard to imagine him squashing or pitchfork-impaling anybody dressed like a Vietnamese transvestite.they've turned the characters into backgrounds
