Secondly, and i know this might hurt your little brain, the anime doesnt follow the manga line for line and as such directly using the manga translation for the subs would be a poor idea even if the manga translation was good

Widely regarded? Where did you get such information? Show me some sites with facts. I've read the manga, it has no terrible translation. If you mean the german, then well my good sir. You can't understand that he writes their dialog with actual german words, and with their accent which changes how things are spelled. The OVA is based STRAIGHT off the Manga aside from a few select parts, which are only in a small handful or so.

Yeah... I wouldn't say my translation is perfect because, again, it is lifted directly from the manga. There are some parts that are 100% correct, but there are quite a few others where there's a good chance it's off. I managed to find a decent translation recently which I will annotate here ASAP...
