It's based on the lvl 120 Knight armor: Cruentes Set. You can only get it by collecting red chips in guild sieges. Turn in the red chips at the NPC to get the armor. You can also buy it from players of course for penya. But the armor is very very rare and expensive.

Yes in PvP. I think if you are a Jester you have to wield yoyo's. If you want to use bows, than be a Ranger =P

so that is why people make bowjesters

my crit rate with buffs is 107% and i'm lvl 74
