  • @csnu5 ur the one who's an idiot..... All chefs always leave their steak at room temperature before cooking

  • That guy is an idiot ...never leave ur meat at room temperature...why? because thats how food poisoning scare starts

  • @csnu5 You leave it at room temperature to help it cook evenly. Otherwise you'll have a steak that's well done on the outside and raw in the middle.

  • That guy is a pro!

  • How about things like adding on rosemary/garlic how do we "bathe" the steak with the extra flavour? =)

  • very nicely cooked medium steak. Altho i prefer my steaks cooked medium rare with a warm red color instead of pink

  • what was the trick with the 1st finger rare 2nd finger etc... I don't get it

  • @lilaznniko hi! the trick is to touch the index with the last finger, then feel the area just around the thumb (like in the video) - that would be just about how tender a 'rare' steak is supposed to feel like.

So as you go up through the fingers (fourth, middle, etc.) the area around the thumb would feel firmer and tighter, corresponding to the 'done-ness' of the steak. hope this is clear. :)

  • Wow, perfect timing! I bought a couple of ribeyes today, and needed some quick, easy instructions. Thanks, and God bless!

  • a video per year...nice..
