The State of Hawaii does not "notaraize" their State issued birth certificates. They apply the embossed State seal. Like the one on Obama's birth certificate.

Here is the proof the document says "Certificate of Live Birth" not Birth Certificate because Hawai`i is an illegally occupied country. It was annexed by a joint resolution however, that is not valid due to the fact that you can't make a "joint revolution" to annex a sovereign nation that was not for annexation because it was already recognized by the family of nation as and independent state. Hawai`i had embassy's all over the world before the occupation in 1893. I have nothing against Obama.

The Hawaii birth certificate that Obama has is perfectly legitimate to get a passport with. I also remember seeing my Hawaii "long form" as a kid. I havent seen it in over 30 yrs.. no idea where it is or where it went.
In 2003 I needed a copy. The Hawaii Dept of Health sent me the same document that Obama has. It has never been rejected for any situation that required I show a valid birth certificate.
It is Hawaii's standard issue as of 2001.

Just to clarify, that in the case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), the majority ruled: 'A child born in the United States to foreign parents who are subject to U.S. jurisdiction automatically becomes a U.S. citizen.' Although, it has never been heard by a court; it is assumed Obama would be a Citizen by 'Jus Sanguinis,' even if he were born overseas. As would Senator McCain. These are laws, please look them up.
