I think Michael Stipe should spend part of his millions and make a trip to Iraq and the Gaza strip and have a chat with a couple of terrorists, maybe sing them a song so they won't be bad anymore.

Evil does not exist plesure and pain are the only things the grotesque mammal known as the human being operates on. Depending on the chemical balance an indivdual needs to feel more pleasure than pain is how they will treat others...It all chemical.

We are human and it seems the evidence suggests strongly that it is distinctly human to kill and murder our own kind. Peace cannot exist. Violence is a part of the human existence-Wake up and smell the harsh reality.
The last sentence of the video is absolutely correct, but it is naïve to think we can stop war by simply refusing to fight. Evil will always exist, and it is the responsibility of peaceful, civilized people to deal with the Hitlers, Arafats, and Nasrallahs that pop up in every generation. Millions have died in wars, but many more would have died if nobody had stepped in to stop the evil. Good, peaceful people and nations are now forced to fight the current evil or it will prevail.
Most wars are not good against evil. Most wars are evil against evil.
And there was no reason to fight against Arafat. If the Israelis would just have left the palestinians alone, there wouldn't have been any war and terrorism in Israel/Palestine.

Think you're missing the point. you can't say if we did nothing about the nazi what would have happened. without saying if the nazi's never did what they did what would have happened. what i'm trying to say is each and every one of us including nazi's need to look inside ourselves and fight the urges which make all of us commit such horrible crimes
