  • Bro sick results! id recommend (just to mix it up) get Insanity: The Asylum. do that program(30days) then continue on with a p90x/insanity : the asylum hybrid. It helps so much with athleticism, especially if ur ballin'. It makes p90x's cardio look like a joke! haha believe me ive done both. But sick results mane, waitta stick with it!

I'm a fan of getting fit without the supplements because everyone these days seems to think there is no way to get ripped without taking protein shakes and crazy vitamin supplements and here you are showing the folks how people have been getting ripped since the beginning without any of that so mad respect!

    When I was on my 36th day i got the cold, for two weeks i was very sick, do i have to start over from there or should i keep going from day 36?

  • @thelittlejkg to be honest when I got sick, I kept going. not saying it was the smartest thing, but I had a goal in my head. if you missed 2 weeks I would recommend starting over. Hope that helps.

  • @Klimatik nice work man. i'm not a vegan myself (still a flesh eater!) but i totally approve of and admire the vegan lifestyle. you are proof that a vegan can be strong and ripped. check out mike mahler (kettlebell guy), he's strong as fuck and a raw vegan guy as well if i recall.

  • Is this your first time having ripped abs, or have you had them when you were younger? I’m just about to start my first round of P90X after seeing my chubby friend get jacked in about 6 months. I have never gone all out on a diet, or mass cardio before. I just hope that some defined abs are underneath the extra 3 inches of belly I got!

  • very, very nice results, very impressive, specially taking under consideration that you went only on P90X and diet, no gym or weight lifting. I'm at the day 40 and supplementing diet with protein and BCAA. I dont plan on going vegan, there's no better thing than chicken and tuna :)

  • I'm a vegan too and right now I am training for Grandma's Marathon right now and don't want to take on both a marathon training program and p90x at the same time and overdo it. After however I plan on starting p90x. Do you have some suggestions for a vegan that will be 5'9" at 135-145 pounds starting their first round of p90x for nutrition? A modified version of what beachbody recommends for vegetarians perhaps? Amazing job too mate! You are a real inspiration!

  • @CKChardrocka you know it is funny I just substituted the meat for vegan options actually, you know us vegans can adjust anything to fit our needs. you may find some more options on my website as well. You are doing the right thing as well in regards to waiting to finish the marathon. I have done both the X and marathon at the same time and it only worked because it was later on in my P90X stages.

  • Im on my 3rd week. I have gained 5 pounds! I hope to god that is muscle! lol

    Some days i have to push my self because it is not a normal workout and an hour plus of workout just overwhelms me. But i get through it and then feel better. My stamina is better, My body feels better. My back doesnt hurt like it use to. I just dont see a physical change yet. but i feel it!

  • i want to ask a question to anyone that would know about fitness. i have some very uneven body strength, my right arm is very very much stronger then my left, my body has the same thing going is what it looks like, and my feet are pretty uneven in strength because i seem to put a lot of stress on my right leg when i go for a run and play basketball. btw im 130 pound male 5ft 5 inches. so i guess that would consider me skinny and would like to add some weight. is this for me? can anyone help?

  • @arabpride604 My legs are like that. I notice it big time when stretching. I an not stretch the left like the right and it is much more sore on the left than the right. I think it is due to the fact i injured it years ago in Hockey and always just favored my right . Just do what you can do because something is better than nothing. After awhile it will get stronger. Add weight or add muscle?I would think muscle. If you want weight, You can have mine! I dont want it!

I have 2 questions. 1st one is: this is the 2nd time I "start" p90x I say 2nd because the 1st time I had to take breaks (I guess my body wasnt used to the hard work) Did you take anything other than your usual food and protein bar? i.e. extra protein? and 2: no matter how hard I try, I cant get the V shape by the obliques. What can I do to get better results (I eat healthy)?

  • @Klimatik Im on my 4th week... so far Ive lost 15lbs... I started @216 im 201 rt now... My thing is I see the muscles forming... but I dont want to get too skinny. I want bigger muscle. How do I go about that? I increased my dumbells to 30 last week. maybe I should go up some more??

  • @Dignifiedbigboy if you are looking to be in great shape you would want to be around 150, if you are looking at 180 or 185, you are still considered overweight at that point.

    did you try out doing doubles? its hard to get the time for it, but that extra bit of cardio every day is amazing!

  • @styrathys no doubles at all, I like just doing the clasic, I make sure that I play ball and run for the extra cardio if I have to do so.

  • Awesome job! You might want to work on your traps a little to even out. Just a suggestion lol. P90X doesn't do much for them. 1-2x a month lifting them hard is usually adequate.

  • I let evrything go for about 9 years. I saw no point in anything. I slept a LOT and did nothing but play video games and eat. Then one day (just like that) I woke up and refused to live as the dead and live as the living. So for me I had to genuienly care about myself before I started anything. Now it's ON! Mile by mile...takes quite awhile. Yard by yard......seems mighty hard. But inch by inch anything's a sinch. My P90x doesn't seem that hard in this mindset.

  • @sluggerfish Hey what's going on, well I was a vegetarian at first and then transitioned to the vegan lifestyle... so there was not much of a difference. I have been studying nutrition so that helped me out a lot. As long as you have the nutrition in order you will be fine.

  • Im currently on day 3, and wil be doing Yoga x soon. Plyometrics was hard as hell lol... But my main question is... Do you really have to follow the diet meal by meal? For instance, instead of having swordfish or halibut, I might have chicken breast. Will that still workout?
