12rosebud12 now I,ve looked closer, it is same version as Tim plays but p49 and 50 are missing and it goes straight into Night Train in the same key, which ,greatly slowed down worked surprisingly well as a sort of coda to Nearness. Oh dear , LOL

This is gorgeous! Could you tell me where I can get the transcription? One of my favorite songs arranged by my fave pianist- OP. I would be eternally grateful if you could let me know how , where can I get the transcription . Love your piano and your playing!

Wow, thanks for the nice comments Dave, especially coming from you! I love all of Oscar's transcriptions, and wish I could have heard him play them. BTW, that's my treasured Steinway B from the 1960's, which is due for some new strings and felts. I'll pass on the candelabra LOL.

I have this score, but couldn't play this absolutely breathtaking and awesome version for the life of me. I once heard it played note-for-note as transcribed and the audience held their breath. Nice work, put a lit Liberace candelabra on your baby grand and you're almost there. Cheers.
