Hey lauren, I am just wondering if the meals are generally only one serving? I know the carrot and cauliflower soup is 4 servings but when I made the rainbow salad it just seemed like SO much food! I am on the reset and I'm not really seeing too much progress at all (none really). I have read the book and have been following the VIP website meal plans everyday to the T and I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Please help if you can.
@MissKrissy0000 one serving would be proteins for example is you eat turkey 4 oz twice a day or two slices of turkey bacon....make sure you are not doubling up on protein like eating beef and chicken and turning that 4 oz into 10. That makes a difference. Drink plenty of water....over 5 bottles I would suggest....and no oil no butter no cheese no sweetner.... What day are you on?
What happens if you cheat? 'cause if I get I'll be only one doing it and I still have to cook for my hubby and kids, and I know me. It sounds really good and I'm glad I found your blog it's really helpful.
@noheliad honestly if you cheat you wont see the numbers drop as fast as they are suppose to. You may gain back what you lost depends on what you cheat with. I cook for my husband first whatever he wants and I make mine after or a play off what he has. That was I am cooking once for example I get chicken and grill it for me and fry his if he wants that.....I eat my salad give him salad too and add some type of carb to his like rice or pasta. So everyone is happy!!
