In fact, any effects subliminal messaging may have last less than a second. These innuendos are there to make the cartoons enjoyable to older folks and younger folks, as well as to give the younger folks something to laugh at when they think back on their childhood years later and realize how dirty their shows were and how they never knew it :) .

It used to be that kids could watch cartoons and the parents could watch them and they would both have totally different experiences. I love going back to watch cartoons that I watched when I was a kid. I usually have the response "wow that would have sooo gone over my head". ;)
