"Think about it." The Chimp human and resus monkey are degraded from the same lineage. There is only degradation shown in all ALL repeat ALL DNA evidence. It is clear that the path of "evolution" is towards extinction. There are no positive mutation ever found in DNA evidence. There are nearly 7000 genetic diseases found and more each day. We know these because we can see the PRIOR FIT CONDITION in humans living now.
The big bang wasn't a bang. A theist jestering had coined that term, btw. It is instead an expansion of space. It is still going on today. No we didn't observe the initial "big bang" and not too long ago even know about it. I don't know how to give you an answer that will be satisfactory to YOU. However, I will use an analogy: Do you need to be in the room during a murder to figure out how someone was killed or who did it? Can I ask if you think the universe came into existence a different way?
its the first two codons that define what amino acid is made. The third codon basically doest nothing. Although the last codon may be the same, that does not affect the identity of what amino acid they are coding for
Why is the theory of evolution called "science"? It is just a theory. Evolution has to be taken by faith, just as creationism is. A good question for evolutionists- where did all the matter in the universe come from in the first place, anyways? The big bang? Nothing exploded, and made everything, that's is pretty much what the theory of evolution states.
@tyranno1001 So by your logic of theories being just a theory... the germ theory of disease is just a theory right? :D go look up the definition of a scientific theory loool. A good show for you to watch too on the Big Bang - 'Horizon - what happened before the big bang" it shows there are debates on the Big Bang but it doesn't include the existence of a supernatural deity :D
@tyranno1001 What does the rapid expansion of space have to do with evolution of life through natural selection? And what is an evolutionist exactly? There is no scientist holding a title of evolutionist. There those such as biologists, chemists, palentologist however. Also, I recommend you google or look on youtube for "What is a scientific theory".
@thybigballs I did google that, and a scientific theory is normally proposed as a set of hypotheses, which are tested for accuracy through experiments and observation. In what ways has anybody observed the big bang. Sure, people can say they see the effects of the big bang now, but they still didn't observe it themselves.
@tyranno1001 Evolution is not a theory. When someone says "the theory of evolution" what they mean is not: "I think evolution happened." what the DO mean is: "Evolution happened and I think it is because of ____." SO, theories of evolution would include natural selection, mutation, etc. Do you understand how this works now? It's a very common confusion so I want to help you out.
@cavemantiger That makes a little more sense. Still though, most people seem to call evolution a theory. The way you put it seems a little more scientific than what others have said.
@tyranno1001 I think the main mistake people make is that a Theory is not Hypothesis. Thus, evolution, being a theory, is not a hypothesis. A hypothesis is a suggestion or idea that has not yet been proven or tested in any way. For example, creationism is a hypothesis, because is makes a suggestion that has not yet been proven. Evolution is a theory because it was once a hypothesis that has been proven. Does that help at all? I'm usually not too good at explaining so let me know lol
@tyranno1001 You mean aside the obvious fossil record, genetic pooling, mutations we share with other great apes, the fact that the only difference between our chromosomes and those of the other GA's is that chromosome #2 is the fusion of two that are still separate in the others, our stages of growth in the womb, being able to watch bacteria evolve into antibiotic resistant trains on a microscope, recording how genes are passed down and the ERVs we share with the GAs? Really?
@cavemantiger yep, really. Now, the stages of growth in the womb argument has been proven wrong many years ago. Ernst Haeckel, the man who came up with that, dramatized and altered the pictures of other animal embryos and human embryos to make them 'seem' more similar. The science he used for that argument has been disproven by other evolutionists, even though it is still taught in the textbooks at school.
« even though it is still taught in the textbooks at school »
Well, no. Ontogeny recapitulating phylogeny in the Haeckelian sense hasn't been taught since Heackel's hypothesis was first falsified. However, the drawings he made *were* used in textbooks up to around 1985. These days, the textbooks simply use photographs.
@tyranno1001 You are a moron. You believe and you have no edvidence. There is no evidence of any form of advancement from simple one cell to humans. Fish did not evolve into humans.
Any body who believes in that crap needs to be put in the nut house.
@GoodScienceForYou Wait a minute, what are you talking about? Are you saying that I believe that, or that you do? I don't believe that fish evolved into humans, or that single cells did either.
@tyranno1001 1 of 2 If you don't believe that fish evolved into humans, you don't know your own science. I have had long discussions with PhD's of genetics and biology and they gave me the articles and the studies that make them believers in humans evolving from fish. When someone is taking you for a ride you might want to understand where theyre taking you first. I teach people to look at the final premises of any indoctrination FIRST then make up your own requirements for acceptance.
@GoodScienceForYou It goes like this Single cells magically gain cells for no reason...They become simple life, then become marine life, fish. Then become reptiles. birds and mammals then humans came from fish by this magical process with no evidence to show this at all.
This is total fantasy projected on the world. It came from a religious ideology from at least 2600 years ago.
@tyranno1001 Darling, if a fish ever evolved into a human, that would disprove evolution. I suggest you try reading a few basic studies on evolution before making yourself look incompetent here.
@cavemantiger I have read the whole story. But if you don't believe that fish evolved into humans you are not a "modern" scientist. I suggest that you watch my videos on indoctrination and realize that you are part of a system, just like any cultural system. Most people want to belong and to bow to authority in order to make money etc.
@cavemantiger I have posted over 150 article references and links to over 90,000 articles from the pubmed site. The pubmed site is where the evidence in DNA is reported for the medical industry. These 90,000 plus articles are on "gene loss".
Do you know that the mDNA has lost over 1500 genes?
@cavemantiger yes, really. Now, the stages of growth in the womb argument, from ernst haeckel himself, has been proved wrong many years ago by evolutionists, even though it is still being taught in the textbooks. Also, with the fact that we're 97 percent similar with apes, we are also 50 percent similar with a banana.
@tyranno1001 That's the point. You can't tell the difference between a chicken, dolphin, human, fish. Obviously it means we've all evolved form something that gives us he similarities we have in our DNA. You can watch a fetus grow and the closer they are related the more similar they look later on. So no, it hasn't been proven wrong by anything. It makes the exact point it's supposed to. You can look at real pictures of embryo growth for yourself. Did you watch this video?
@cavemantiger There is no evidence of any evolution in DNA. We have spent 3.8 billion USD on this and all we find are defects in the human genome that cause diseases. Childhood cancer incidents have risen 129% in 20 years. 1 in 12 people in the US have diabetes, 1 in 3.8 in Canada have diabetes. 1 in 10 have rare genetic diseases. An you morons think there is evolution? Your belief is evidence of genetic mental degradation.
@cavemantiger The fusion is a genetic degradation. The chimp is so degraded that it is nearly extinct. It has all the same genetic diseases as humans only much earlier. Chimps are degraded from the same superior human species and we have degraded from. All this ERV's , Chromosomes, and DNA only shows this. In the HAR-1 there are 18 degradation mutations that destroyed speech, most logic, and the ability to reason abstractly. Why have you not figured this out? It is obvious as can be!
@GoodScienceForYou I don't know what perverse church taught you that, but it's all bullshit. Chimps and humans are cousins, neither is the others parent species. It's called a common ancestor, which has been a proven fact. Deal with it.
@cavemantiger The only evidence we have is in DNA that cannot be fucked with. DNA only shows genetic degradation. There are so many deleterious mutations and NO positive mutation found.
That means that Chimps and Humans came from a far superior species. Chimps are nearly extinct, by the way.
@cavemantiger I know the fucked up church you belong to. It is called he Church of Evodelusionism where the Evotards play magical bullshit and belief in the magical mutation fairy that magically spits out creatures. WTF is wrong with your mind? Don't you know that a real scientists waits for absolute evidence before believing in some fucked up myth. Deal with reality, for a change.
@GoodScienceForYou If any of what you just said actually happened it would disprove evolution. Clearly you do not understand the concept of evolution, and are making yourself look foolish.
@cavemantiger Every word I teach is from "peer reviewed" data. It is all over the planet also in humans with genetic diseases. While humans are heading for extinction because they do not want to look at the source of the problem, they teach this shit to continue to destroy the planet and all sorts of life on it, including humans themselves. Humans are suicidal in nature, self destructive by what they are doing.
@GoodScienceForYou Also, your complete lack of understanding and your choosing ignorance rather than accept that mutation means you are either a really amateur troll or you need to see a psychiatrist.
@cavemantiger Your complete lack of control over what you allow people to inject into your mind is clear. You are a typical weak willed weak minded believer in faith based bullshit. The truth is far more satisfying and far more interesting. Now where is your absolutely irrefutable physical evidence for evolution, that simple life has become complex? No OPINIONS allowed in your answer.
@cavemantiger I know more about this "Theory of Evolution" than you ever will. I have read more than 28,000 papers on it, and there is NO evidence shown in the physical world of any creature ever evolving; going from a simple life form to a complex one. Yet there is tons of evidence that humans are genetically degraded and that means they are retarded mentally as well as physically.
@cavemantiger The truth is far more satisfying and far more interesting. Now where is your absolutely irrefutable physical evidence for evolution, that simple life has become complex? No OPINIONS allowed in your answer.
@GoodScienceForYou Read Julian Huxley's ‘Evolution: The Modern Synthesis' to start. It will help you understand production and redistribution of variation, as well as natural selection acting on variation. Next, you can look up how genetic information is inherited, and how genotypes and phenotypes are related. Also look up the chromosomal studies of the great apes and Gregor Mendel's experiments.
You have yet to provide any evidence for your belief... Because you have none.
@cavemantiger One should never allow people's opinions to sway what the logic of the evidence is showing. Knowing that we have 6800 (minimum) genetically caused diseases and we know that these are defective genes because we have the most recent PRIOR FIT condition in some living humans, we know that we are degenerated. We do not know the total extent of our degradation, because what we have is a weak sickly humanity by the evidence. Believing in magical causes is part of this.
@cavemantiger Its known for an absolute fact that humans are degraded and that Chimps and great apes came from the same genetic lineage, particularly Chimps, so we know for sure that chimps are degraded from the same superior creature that humans are degraded from. The ERV's Chromosomes, DNA plus all the genetic degradation shown in both species only shows us this. Chimps have the same diseases as humans only at much younger ages and they are nearly extinct. The path of evolution is extinction.
@cavemantiger "You have yet to provide any evidence for your belief... Because you have none." You just provided a religious book as evidence. You do not know what evidence is. Opinions are not evidence. And you are right I have no beliefs. I know what is going on from the absolutely clear irrefutable evidence we now have. In the last 12 years of DNA Evolution from simple to complex has been destroyed by this absolutely clear evidence. It took over 150 years to get rid of earth is flat.
@GoodScienceForYou of course we, and chimps all came from a common ancestor. but it is not about becoming lesser, not about becoming more. it's about changing. two other human species went extinct because they were unable to cope with the changing world, while our ancestor, cro magnon, took over. was cro magnon better than neanderthal? no. just more suited for the habitats and clever enough to adapt. evolution is not a chain, it is a tree. we're merely another branch.
@cavemantiger Pay close attention. There are 99.98% negative mutations found in human species. We know that these many thousands of mutations are bad because we have the PRIOR FIT condition in living humans.
The chimp has something like 18 really bad mutation in the HAR-1 area showing the genetic degradation of the brain and skull.
Chimps, Gorillas and orangutans all nearly extinct. There is no improvements shown in absolutely irrefutable evidence. Opinions from belief is not evidence.
@cavemantiger You do not know the difference between opinions and absolute evidence. I am sorry for you. It is a sad condition that many people have. To be free is to never believe people when they have no evidence. But when they say they have evidence and they don't you believe them? I hope you outgrow this weakness of attitude that allows you to be owned by others.
@cavemantiger It has been a pleasure talking with you. I really wish you well. It is very common for people to just follow the authorities and the nice guy teaching in the classroom was once just like you. Now he is paid to perpetuate what he was taught. That is how myths propagate.
Never trust anyone who is paid to teach you something.
The FACT is that humans, chimpanzees, gorilla, and orangutans share a common ancestor. The FACT is that evolution is a branch that does not consist of a species becoming better or worse, but merely changing. The FACT is that evolution is a FACT and it is THE FACT when someone asks, "where did humans come from?"
@cavemantiger The absolute evidence only shows genetic degradation. We have many thousands of examples in DNA. Many of the "fit genes" are gone and we are a very sick population and rapidly getting worse. In a study in the US 1975 yo 2004 a 129% increase in childhood invasive cancer incidents alone.
1 in 3.8 people in Canada have diabetes. Insulin is sold over the counter there.
If you take the time to do your own research as I have you will see genetic degradation everywhere in evidence.
@GoodScienceForYou So the human race sucks. what else is new? Just because we evolved doesn't mean we're improving, it just means we're changing. What the hell are you trying to prove here? How many times do I have to say it. Evolution does not mean things are becoming better, it means we are changing. So why the hell are you trying to convince me of my own point? Fuck, you're stupid.
@cavemantiger There are 6800 genetic diseases. We know these are screwed up DNA because we have the PRIOR FIT condition shown in living humans. 33% of Americans ages 15 to 64 will die from cancer. CDC The death rate from cancer has risen over 20% since 1948 even with all the trillion of dollars spend on treatments and all the successes. Childhood cancer has increased by 129% in 20 years. 1 in 3.8 in Canada have diabetes, 1 in 12 in the US. There is much more that only shows degradation.
@cavemantiger The number 6800 is extremely conservative. It is increasing every day. 1 in 10 people have rare diseases. Source NORD. The overall cancer which is a genetic disease from a screwed up immune system, has increased over 110% for all ages since 1982. There is only genetic degradation shown in all DNA studies on humans and any mammals that have been tested. You are just ignorant and not able to understand how do see what is absolutely clear, irrefutable physical evidence.
@cavemantiger There is no possible genetic mechanism that has ever caused inceased fitness, nor has any simple life ever evolved into complex life. This religion violates the laws of science.
@cavemantiger Because there is ONLY shown genetic degradation in all the absolutely irrefutable physical evidence we have, then humans and all their cousins came from a much more fit condition. Most humans are so stupid now that they believe in the magical mutation fairy that will fix us. That is utter bullshit.
@cavemantiger Your have listened to this crap of evolution for a long time. It has no evidence and is nothing but a politically driven bullshit. Most people, like you, are lemmings. You can be a free thinker if you want, but once you have your baptism and declare you faith in this religious crap, then your ego is in control of you.
@GoodScienceForYou Evolution has nothing to do with religion. I am an atheist, one who believes in nothing without proof. Simple life evolved into complex life, and that is a proven fact. Humans have many issues, shitty immunity, cancers, but that is because of the way we live now. We are obese, lazy, soaked in toxins and chemicals. That has nothing to do with evolution.
@cavemantiger Genetics is our only link to our past. All of the other data is subject to human interpretation.
Humans today have over 6800 genetic diseases and more are discovered every week. We know there are many more thousands of genetic defects in our genome as causes. We know this because we can see examples a prior fit condition. There has never been found a positive mutation at all. They all have diseases associated with them. We are genetically degraded and only genetically degraded.
@cavemantiger 2 of X The Genomic record is clear. The believers and insane humans who cling to evolution are part of this genetic degradation.
The mass of humanity has a flaw in that the myths are far more attractive than the truth. It far better to believe in some magical mutation fairy that magically takes a single cell and turns it into humans by the magic that has never been seen.
@cavemantiger 33% of people in the USA will die of cancer between the ages of 15 to 64. Source CDC. Childhood invasive cancer has rising over 129% in less than 20 years. Source National Cancer Institute. 1 in 3.8 people in Canada have diabetes. Canadian Diabetes Association. 1 in 12 in US Have Diabetes. ALL are caused by defects in the genetics.
There is no improvements possible. We only have what we were given.
@cavemantiger 1 in 10 people in the USA have rare diseases. That makes the total of these strange diseases not so rare. Sorce Nationaly Orgainization of Rare Diseases or NORD.
Humans did this to themselves by not following any rules of conduct give to use to protect our genome. We think we are smarter than God.
The real ignorance is the lack of the awareness of God, which is obvious to those with intelligence left in their genome.
@cavemantiger The Genomic record is clear. The believers and insane humans who cling to evolution are part of this genetic degradation.
The mass of humanity has a flaw in that the myths are far more attractive than the truth. It far better to believe in some magical mutation fairy that magically takes a single cell and turns it into humans by the magic that has never been seen.
@GoodScienceForYou Julian Huxley's ‘Evolution: The Modern Synthesis is not a religious book. if you are scared to read it, fine. admit you are wrong and foolish and know nothing about evolution. admit that humans did not come from a higher species, more are we becoming higher, but that species merely change and drift over time to ensure survival in an ever-changing world.
@cavemantiger Answer this; Do you believe that fish crawled out of the water, grew legs and lungs and eventually evolve into humans? Answer the question.
@cavemantiger Theres 6800 & more genetic diseases caused by deleterious mutations; theres no other kind of mutation.
READ 100X: We know they are screwed up DNA coding because we can see the original fit condition in people who do not have the particular disease. Read AGAIN .
That means there is only genetic degradation shown in ALL the absolutely irrefutable physical evidence.
There's no evolution from simple towards complex and now new genes, just mutations that are causing sickness
It makes more sense to believe that time doesn't apply to all places and that maybe the universe has no age. If that's true then it's possible that there is a being or beings that also have no beginning or end. It's just a theory, but I like it.
I have two issues with this video. The first is, a lot of evolutionists make their arguments as if theists believe they were literally hand crafted. I happen to believe in a god of some sort and evolution. No not because I'm making up answers for questions NO ONE knows the answers to but because of reasons I can't state here without being attacked. So I've got a question for you...Where does ALL matter in the universe come from?
@WAZZA1235 lol maybe but neither of those are answers. In order for there to be a big bang there would have had to be some type of matter already in existence. No one's ever going to know but my point is...give it a rest people I come from a place where you have to be tolerant of other people. I think it's great. If someone believes something different than I do even if I 'know' I'm right, they're not bothering me. Maybe I even really enjoy being around that person. We don't have to argue. ;)
@kandikid2308 Where I'm from, christians are discriminaters, haters and racists. They hate muslims very much, and have little love for atheists like me. Most of my friends are atheists, but I do have alot of tolerant christian friends. But the rest make me wish there was a hell for them to live in! And the "material" before the big bang was a sincularity. We know they exist because black holes are singularities.
@kandikid2308 Great reply and completely right. I work in a very scientific industry and most of the people I work with are very comfortable with the idea of a God. Scient is GREAT! I personally dont follow either a pure evolutionist arguement or creationist one - since the person who posted this video seems very ill-informed. I live 500 meters from the Natural History museum (UK) and i see all the evidence for design - yet the plaques say evolution - but with no reason.
@DanceDayz evolution does not exclude possibility of God. I see no problem with plaques labelled "evolution". That doesn't mean no design was involved! You can have design + evolution if you wish, evolution theory itself does not exclude that. What evolution does exclude is the concept of a young earth, or a non-common descent origin of species.
@Casshyr Neither does it exclude the possibility of the Flying Spaghetti Monster (assuming were talking about the same god). However, for anything to become science, it must first be sufficiently substantiated using the scientific method. Otherwise anyone could make any claim and state "so prove me wrong."
The graphics and music is impressive; but the scientific evidence supporting Darwinian/Macro evolution is woefully deficient.
Do a YouTube search on “kansas evolution hearings” to hear real, credible scientists, present powerful arguments which debunk Darwinian/Macro evolution.
The battle is not between science and religion.
The real war is between Science and Darwinian/Macro Evolution.
religion is for people who can't except the fact of life after death. The one unforgivable sin according to the bible is to doubt the holy spirit. i officially doubt the holy spirit.
"All the evidence available in the biological sciences supports the core proposition of traditional natural theology--that the cosmos is a specially designed whole with life and mankind as its fundamental goal and purpose, a whole in which all facets of reality, from the size of galaxies to the thermal capacity of water, have their meaning and explanation in this central fact."(p. 389) - Nature's Destiny by Michael Denton
@LaurentiuuGabriel It's called DRYLINES by DAX fucking JOHNSON! It's right in front of your face under the like/dislike bar! I think you are the one acting like a creationist...
1. You're asking a question that has already been answered
2. You can't see something that's right in front of your face.
@LaurentiuuGabriel If I just told you the name of the song, you would never learn how to find it on your own. I told you right where it was without saying anything mean. Then you responded by yelling and name calling. Bro, I think you're the one who's mad :)
@FoxOutsideBox of course, your reply was not ironic at all. That's what creationists do.. they help you find the "path/truth". Anyway, thanks for the song
See the problem with evolution is that its taken as a fact, when it is not proven. By saying similar species have similar DNA doesnt prove evolution. It really only says that these species are similar. Do we need DNA to tell us that monkeys have similar characteristics to humans. The evidence provided here is based on a prediction (glutamate is not likely to change in close species because time frame). Thats like using the assumption that evolution is true to prove evolution. circular reasoning
@geocrad In that case why do some Atheists who only think they understand God or the concept of God challenge it, when they don't really try to understand what God is they just argue and say things like your stupid or delusional or God doesn't exist. Nothing scientific or open minded just general attacks.
@arecuk1 Try taking the word god out and replace it with Santa. Now read it again with the Santa substitute and that is what you sound like to us Atheists
@geocrad I would say the same to you about God. All I am saying is that most people do not understand technical information, so it needs to be in plain terms. Why shouldn't I challenge something that seems about as real as sponge bob or other cartoon characters for that matter. Were talking about how we came into existence not how water evaporates or how a TV shows images. I have not seen these transitional species and I doubt that we humans or any animal that exists is transitional.
@arecuk1 That's why you need education to understand science. Or at least read some books about it. It is not always easy to comprehend.
First of all, you need to open your mind and get rid of the religious indoctrination. With that indoctrination still intact, you will have problems in most fields of science.
If you are not willing to do that, don't challenge it ;)
@arecuk1 Just because you doubt something doesn't mean it's not true. There are hundreds of transitional species. And I don't mean species that we THINK are transitional, I mean transitional species. The best way to understand this concept without having to read a science book is to watch the "Foundational falsehoods of creationism" series by AronRa, right here on you tube.
@FoxOutsideBox I can say the samething to you about doubting God, just because you doubt God exists doesn't mean God isn't real. There are things on this planet that point to God. The fact that if the earth was in a slightly different spot we would not be here. The fact that science has proven that a world wide flood has happened, the fact that we are the only species on the planet that creates and builds things. The fact that we have not destroyed ourselves. among other things.
@arecuk1 You are wrong, we are not the only species that creates and build things.. you should watch Animal Planet sometimes. Did you know that crows have human-like intelligence and can make tools? and there are more species.
One more thing, Earth is not the only planet that can sustain carbon-based life.
@LaurentiuuGabriel Very interesting actually... But the massive difference is that Gliese 581g is "tidally locked" to its star, so the only place life could be sustained would be "on the line between shadow and light."
@DrAssimilator I understand what you say, my point is.. there is a strong proof that there are planets that can sustain life. Gliese 581g is the first one we disovered so far. But my friend, finite or infinite the universe still remains huge :)
I know im not the sharpest knife in the knife drawer but what does all this scienctific jargin mean to an average person like myself. Im not a scientist so I have no clue what they are talking about so unless you truely understand this video dont waste my time replying to me. This means about as much to me as a japanese person who only speaks japanese talking to me. I would have no clue what they are saying. Were related to monkeys and apes give me a break. No offense to animals.
this video fails. apart from the fact that it doesn't actually prove anything apart from some similar genetics in 'similar' species, it fails because it states that the bible does not make any predictions and is not science. the bible makes many predictions, many of which can be verified by various fields of science. all of which can be verified are verified.
Dude, cdk, you forgot the similarities of (psi)GLO in humans and other primates. We're both missing the same nucleotide and the sequences differ more the distantly related we are and the similarities in the sequences grow the more closely related. That is just one piece of evidence :).
bollocks to religion thats wot i say man.....cos religion is just following laws n regulations like muslims, catholics n even free masons....guys just get to know yr creator, be free in Jesus, then you wont need to worry!!!!
This evidence supports intelligent design to the very same degree it supports evolution - unless you are predisposed to believing one over the other...this is not scientific evidence or proof e.g. - my car battery is the same type used in both Hondas and fiats but we all know they are not the result of Darwins theory - show me some fossils that explain how the dolphin got its blow-hole and I might lean more towards evolution as an answer. Do you 'believe' the blow-hole evolved through mutation?
@TREACLE97 "show me some fossils that explain how the dolphin got its blow-hole and I might lean more towards evolution as an answer."
Their nostrils migrated from the tip of their snouts to the top of their heads through evolution. This migration can be seen in the embryo of the whale and in fossils. The nostril started near the tip of the snout during the earliest embryonic stages, and migrated to its top of the head position in advanced embryos. The proto-whale fossil Rodhocetus has...
@MW2Addiction You could've just showed the clown the fossil record and s/he could see it for itself, oh wait, they are in denial of the fossil record.
@TREACLE97 ...nostrils midway between the snout and the top of the head. Rodhocetus is also famous for having a double-pulley ankle joint characteristic of even-toed ungulate mammals, proving once and for all that whales evolved from an ungulate closely related to the hippo.
The position of the blow hole allows the whale to breathe without sticking its anout into the air. Therefore it is very adaptive.
Once Upon a Time, a bird hatched out of an egg. And it was a VERY special bird, because it was the FIRST one! This bird wasn't anything like its lizard parents, it had feathers and wings, ready to fly. Our bird was a female, and she knew that she needed to find a mate. Hopefully, a male bird had also accidentally evolved somewhere in her vicinity. While waiting for her mate to appear, she decided to spend the hours building a nest. A skill which she had inherited from her mother... no, wait...
"And it was a VERY special bird, because it was the FIRST one! This bird wasn't anything like its lizard parents, it had feathers and wings, ready to fly."
Search Archaeopteryx and other feathered dinosaurs.
"While waiting for her mate to appear, she decided to spend the hours building a nest. A skill which she had inherited from her mother... no, wait..."
Wait for what? Dinosaurs made nests and laid eggs. Lots of fossil dinosaur nests have been found.
An Atheist/Satanist abandons his commitment to the truth (only sane choice) which inherently expands to include all possibilities. Arbitrary dismissal of a possibility breeches that commitment as a fatal logic error, proving himself fundamentally a liar & fraud. When Atheist/Satanists dismiss God as a possibility, they breech commitment to the truth, resulting in their mindfucked insanity to argue justifying a lie, is rational behavior.
Get used to it atheist morons - every damn creature still produces after its own kind. Macro evolution only occurs in your vivid imaginations. A million years from now rabbits will prduce rabbits, dogs will produce dogs and a horse and a donkey will stll make a mule. The madness of macro evolution continues unabated - given enough time the impossible becomes the inevitable.
I don't see the point of this video. There is evidence for a lot of theories, so what is your point? Creationists don't believe in evolution, but nobody would doubt there is some clever reasoning in it.
So I don't see how you can have an argument on such a broad premise.
There was plenty of evidence for the Rayleigh-Jeans law of radiation. But it was still wrong because it made a bad prediction.
Evolution is not big on predictions, so arguments about proof lead nowhere.
Evolution does not predict life, it simply presents a very broad scheme for how life develops. Evolution does not even have a testable theory about how life started, just a series of vague guesses. How can you champion an argument you don't even understand. Listening to some clever sounding people and repeating their views without understanding is not thinking.
@wjestick Dude, I understand it damn well, take my word for it. I said "evolution of life", not "creation of life", not even "creation of universe". Those things are still beyond our grasp for now.
There are theories, of course. One can always dream right? :) the difference is that we have honesty to say "we don't know for sure how we got here". Religious corrupt assholes say "oh, we magically know! An invisible man created us!"
Creationists believe in a creator. Scientist also have a belief system. In reasoning about the history of the universe certain assumptions that cannot be proved, must be made. For example: We assume the laws of physics have always applied the way we see today. That time has always flowed at the same rate. That there is enough information in our part of the universe to allow us to figure out how it all works. If one of these is wrong the whole thing collapses. Scientist use faith too.
@wjestick Yup. But no scientists that I know of try to influence politics, force their senseless law on everybody, treat women like cattle, murder homos, make abortion a crime and elect bush ;)
Theories are OK. Respectful opinion about things. What pisses me off in all of this is just one thing: Religion, wich decides to adopt an idea not because it may be true, but because it suits they power-hungry purposes
What you say about what some people do in the name of religion is true. But "the bible says thou shall not kill" .If man claims to speak for god says go murder that man, he is a liar. You should not judge him by religion but by his actions.
Science is guilty of the same perversion. Many of the men who made the atomic bomb are were pacifists, but they created the deadliest weapon ever. Should all scientist be judged by the death toll of these bombs?
@wjestick Well, like Master George Carlin would say, "not all religious are evil, the only evil people are christian fundamentalists, muslim fundamentalists, hindu fund..." and so on. In my opinion, whenever someone gets blinded by a single point of view the problems begin.
They say "guns don't kill people", but truth is you can kill someone with your bare hands. As long as people exists, there will be problems, no sense to blame it all on one thing :) even religion COULD be used for good o/
Major wars are not started by religions. But it suits the people who do start wars to blame religion. Then they are free to make war in the future with no moral hazard.
Ordinary people don't like wars, they tend to be the ones that get killed.
People who denounce religion, aren't anti-religion, they just want to take the place of god. Communists were supposed to be atheists, but Lenin's tomb looked a lot like a shrine, didn't it?
@wjestick Well, I for one think that the communist atheist was too "political". Doesn't seem that they were "looking for truth" at all. Btw, I think "communism" is impossible, since human beings are NOT the same.
idk, but if you ask me what I think about religions, I don't like them. About a god? I have no idea, but if there is anything, it's a being that has nothing to do with humans. We are just the dominant specie on earth for now, thats all :)
Many people who have a view on religion never took the time to study it. Even adherents of certain religions have some bizarre ideas about their faith. Many common beliefs about Christianity stem from folklore, and sources like Milton, and Platonic Greek philosophy.
If you have not studied these things for yourself, you should not trust the word of others.
@wjestick I think you are absolutely right! I always say that one of the hardest things nowadays is not to get information, but to filter the info we get. The freedom (mainly in the internet) is awesome, but allows people to go out and say whatever comes to mind.
For instance, one of the "mysteries" of my life is to know if that movie Zeitgeist speaks the truth or not when reffering to the egyptian religion :/
NWO misinformation. With the trials that are to come, You'd be better off reading revelation. But if you are looking for a considered response
Search youtube for this:
Zeitgeist Refuted Final Cut (Full Movie)
They assumed nobody would bother to look it up. You should think about giving up TV, movies, and video games. They are all owned by the same people and are pursuing an agenda that does not have your best interests in mind.
"Major wars are not started by religions. But it suits the people who do start wars to blame religion. Then they are free to make war in the future with no moral hazard."
If there's any aspect of a religion that lends itself to be used as a casus belli, there's something wrong with that religion.
"People who denounce religion aren't anti-religion, they just want to take the place of god."
No, they are just the only ones who realize we don't need gods. They are distractions.
In the Holy Quran it says God created a people soo lowly into pigs and apes. So the correlations found here between apes and humans.. Is answered right there.. This evidence correlates to that.
God invented man or Man invented god? The answer is the same man invented motor car and motor car reinvents man via muscle atrophy etc. God exists on the mere fact that he or she has been invented by man to deny this is to deny the existence of the motor car simple? What scientists must understand is there is no datum to work from There are No fixed points in the universe ergo no science that won't evolve ...in short.. GOD is serendipity...so is science
haha, the maker of this video seems to think that this is evidence not only for Evolution, but against Creation / Intelligent Design. Why wouldn't GOD have created those three species to have the same codons for hemoglobin? Creationists and Intelligent Design-ists don't claim (1:58) that it happened by chance.
The evidence in this video fits the Theory of Evolution, but it doesn't falsify any beliefs that I can think of.
If evolution is correct why are species distinct from each other with no evidence that they gradually evolved to other kind of species. Ever since apes are still apes, crocs are still crocs. Neandertals never interacted with modern man. Mutations are actually genetic defects. If you cross breed horse and donkey you will get a sterile mule. Fossils of lizards 250 million yrs ago indicated that they never evolved at all.
@daogdaog " Fossils of lizards 250 million yrs ago indicated that they never evolved at all."
The retention of the basic 'reptilian' amniote body form by lizards makes it tempting to assume any similar animal, alive or extinct, is also a lizard. However, this is not the case, and lizards as squamates are part of a well-defined group. The earliest amniotes were superficially lizard-like, but had solid, box-like skulls, with openings only for eyes, nostrils, termed the anapsid condition.
@daogdaog Turtles retain this skull form. Early anapsids later gave rise to two new groups with additional holes in the skull to make room for and anchor larger jaw muscles. The Synapsids, with a single fenestra, gave rise to the superficially lizard-like Pelycosaurs, which include Dimetrodon and the Therapsids, including the Cynodonts, from which the modern mammals would evolve.
@daogdaog The earliest known fossil remains of a lizard belong to the iguanian species Tikiguania estesi from the Tiki Formation of India, which dates to the Carnian stage of the Triassic period, about 220 million years ago. However, mitochondrial phylogenetics suggests that the first lizards evolved in the late Permian. Most evolutionary relationships within the squamates are not yet completely worked out, with the relationship of snakes to other groups being most problematic
@daogdaog From morphological data, Iguanid lizards have been thought to have diverged from other squamates very early, but recent molecular phylogenies, both from mitochondrial and nuclear DNA, do not support this early divergence. Because snakes have a faster molecular clock than other squamates, and there are few early snake and snake ancestor fossils, it is difficult to resolve the relationship between snakes and other squamate groups.
@PaulypowerUK it's actually rightly called a theory because in order for it to be considered a 'fact' it must be observed. Evolution has never been physically observed in nature or anywhere else. Get your facts straight before you make all other evolutionists look arrogant. sorry to be a retard.
@StephenBeaumont1 Believing in "something" does not mean you have to disregard evolution in favour of creationism. Evolution and belief in a higher power can co-exist quite easily.
@Aardvarked88 Evolutionists have evolution ALL WRONG! There's no way this type of complexity comes out of random chaos! It's order in (the laws of nature/natural selecltion) order out. Not random, ORDER! Evolution has purpose, does it not?
Meet my little friend, :D Theoretical Physicist Ph.D President Prize & Scholarship Winning NOTRE DAME Grad, Dr. Dennis Polis, user dfpolis (Open Philosophy my 1st recommened channel) check out his vids #17-19 on Targeted Evolution. Knowing > believing :)
@shizzleman8 Certain elements of evolution are random, others are not. For example, genetic mutation is a random occurrence, the result of unpredictable mistakes during genetic transfer that do not follow set paths. However, natural selection and genetic drift are not random processes, and can be predicted and follow determinable pathways.
Read 100 times until you get it.

Can I ask if you think the universe came into existence a different way?
thybigballs 2 weeks ago
its the first two codons that define what amino acid is made. The third codon basically doest nothing. Although the last codon may be the same, that does not affect the identity of what amino acid they are coding for
13identity 3 weeks ago
Why is the theory of evolution called "science"? It is just a theory. Evolution has to be taken by faith, just as creationism is. A good question for evolutionists- where did all the matter in the universe come from in the first place, anyways? The big bang? Nothing exploded, and made everything, that's is pretty much what the theory of evolution states.
tyranno1001 1 month ago
@tyranno1001 So by your logic of theories being just a theory... the germ theory of disease is just a theory right? :D go look up the definition of a scientific theory loool. A good show for you to watch too on the Big Bang - 'Horizon - what happened before the big bang" it shows there are debates on the Big Bang but it doesn't include the existence of a supernatural deity :D

tyranno1001 4 weeks ago
@tyranno1001 Two minor points ...
1 - Go pick up a dictionary. Theory in science does NOT mean "shit I just made up" ... you do believe in the THEORY of gravity, right? Right?
2 - Evolutionary theory says nothing of big bang theory. Nada. Zip. Zilch.
Nor does BB theory say anything about anything exploding, BB theory describes a rapid expansion of spacetime. No C4 mentioned anywhere.
Muddnielsen 4 weeks ago
@tyranno1001 What does the rapid expansion of space have to do with evolution of life through natural selection? And what is an evolutionist exactly? There is no scientist holding a title of evolutionist. There those such as biologists, chemists, palentologist however. Also, I recommend you google or look on youtube for "What is a scientific theory".
thybigballs 3 weeks ago
@thybigballs I did google that, and a scientific theory is normally proposed as a set of hypotheses, which are tested for accuracy through experiments and observation. In what ways has anybody observed the big bang. Sure, people can say they see the effects of the big bang now, but they still didn't observe it themselves.
tyranno1001 2 weeks ago
@tyranno1001 Evolution is not a theory. When someone says "the theory of evolution" what they mean is not: "I think evolution happened." what the DO mean is: "Evolution happened and I think it is because of ____." SO, theories of evolution would include natural selection, mutation, etc. Do you understand how this works now? It's a very common confusion so I want to help you out.
cavemantiger 2 weeks ago
@cavemantiger That makes a little more sense. Still though, most people seem to call evolution a theory. The way you put it seems a little more scientific than what others have said.
tyranno1001 2 weeks ago
@tyranno1001 I think the main mistake people make is that a Theory is not Hypothesis. Thus, evolution, being a theory, is not a hypothesis. A hypothesis is a suggestion or idea that has not yet been proven or tested in any way. For example, creationism is a hypothesis, because is makes a suggestion that has not yet been proven. Evolution is a theory because it was once a hypothesis that has been proven. Does that help at all? I'm usually not too good at explaining so let me know lol
cavemantiger 2 weeks ago
@cavemantiger Yeah, that helps a bit. But, in what specific ways has evolution been proven?
tyranno1001 1 week ago
@tyranno1001 You mean aside the obvious fossil record, genetic pooling, mutations we share with other great apes, the fact that the only difference between our chromosomes and those of the other GA's is that chromosome #2 is the fusion of two that are still separate in the others, our stages of growth in the womb, being able to watch bacteria evolve into antibiotic resistant trains on a microscope, recording how genes are passed down and the ERVs we share with the GAs? Really?
cavemantiger 1 week ago
@cavemantiger yep, really. Now, the stages of growth in the womb argument has been proven wrong many years ago. Ernst Haeckel, the man who came up with that, dramatized and altered the pictures of other animal embryos and human embryos to make them 'seem' more similar. The science he used for that argument has been disproven by other evolutionists, even though it is still taught in the textbooks at school.

GoodScienceForYou 4 days ago
@GoodScienceForYou Wait a minute, what are you talking about? Are you saying that I believe that, or that you do? I don't believe that fish evolved into humans, or that single cells did either.
tyranno1001 3 days ago
@tyranno1001 1 of 2 If you don't believe that fish evolved into humans, you don't know your own science. I have had long discussions with PhD's of genetics and biology and they gave me the articles and the studies that make them believers in humans evolving from fish. When someone is taking you for a ride you might want to understand where theyre taking you first. I teach people to look at the final premises of any indoctrination FIRST then make up your own requirements for acceptance.
GoodScienceForYou 2 days ago
@GoodScienceForYou It goes like this Single cells magically gain cells for no reason...They become simple life, then become marine life, fish. Then become reptiles. birds and mammals then humans came from fish by this magical process with no evidence to show this at all.
This is total fantasy projected on the world. It came from a religious ideology from at least 2600 years ago.

@cavemantiger yes, really. Now, the stages of growth in the womb argument, from ernst haeckel himself, has been proved wrong many years ago by evolutionists, even though it is still being taught in the textbooks. Also, with the fact that we're 97 percent similar with apes, we are also 50 percent similar with a banana.
tyranno1001 1 week ago
@tyranno1001 That's the point. You can't tell the difference between a chicken, dolphin, human, fish. Obviously it means we've all evolved form something that gives us he similarities we have in our DNA. You can watch a fetus grow and the closer they are related the more similar they look later on. So no, it hasn't been proven wrong by anything. It makes the exact point it's supposed to. You can look at real pictures of embryo growth for yourself. Did you watch this video?

@cavemantiger The fusion is a genetic degradation. The chimp is so degraded that it is nearly extinct. It has all the same genetic diseases as humans only much earlier. Chimps are degraded from the same superior human species and we have degraded from. All this ERV's , Chromosomes, and DNA only shows this. In the HAR-1 there are 18 degradation mutations that destroyed speech, most logic, and the ability to reason abstractly. Why have you not figured this out? It is obvious as can be!

Humans are suicidal in nature, self destructive by what they are doing.

Next, you can look up how genetic information is inherited, and how genotypes and phenotypes are related. Also look up the chromosomal studies of the great apes and Gregor Mendel's experiments.
You have yet to provide any evidence for your belief... Because you have none.
cavemantiger 2 days ago
This has been flagged as spam show
@cavemantiger One should never allow people's opinions to sway what the logic of the evidence is showing.
GoodScienceForYou 2 days ago
@cavemantiger Its known for an absolute fact that humans are degraded and that Chimps and great apes came from the same genetic lineage, particularly Chimps, so we know for sure that chimps are degraded from the same superior creature that humans are degraded from. The ERV's Chromosomes, DNA plus all the genetic degradation shown in both species only shows us this. Chimps have the same diseases as humans only at much younger ages and they are nearly extinct. The path of evolution is extinction.
GoodScienceForYou 2 days ago
@cavemantiger "You have yet to provide any evidence for your belief... Because you have none." You just provided a religious book as evidence. You do not know what evidence is. Opinions are not evidence. And you are right I have no beliefs. I know what is going on from the absolutely clear irrefutable evidence we now have. In the last 12 years of DNA Evolution from simple to complex has been destroyed by this absolutely clear evidence. It took over 150 years to get rid of earth is flat.
GoodScienceForYou 2 days ago
@GoodScienceForYou of course we, and chimps all came from a common ancestor. but it is not about becoming lesser, not about becoming more. it's about changing. two other human species went extinct because they were unable to cope with the changing world, while our ancestor, cro magnon, took over. was cro magnon better than neanderthal? no. just more suited for the habitats and clever enough to adapt. evolution is not a chain, it is a tree. we're merely another branch.
cavemantiger 2 days ago
@cavemantiger Pay close attention. There are 99.98% negative mutations found in human species. We know that these many thousands of mutations are bad because we have the PRIOR FIT condition in living humans.
The chimp has something like 18 really bad mutation in the HAR-1 area showing the genetic degradation of the brain and skull.
Chimps, Gorillas and orangutans all nearly extinct. There is no improvements shown in absolutely irrefutable evidence. Opinions from belief is not evidence.

@GoodScienceForYou You need to take your own advice buddy.
The FACT is that humans, chimpanzees, gorilla, and orangutans share a common ancestor. The FACT is that evolution is a FACT and it is THE FACT when someone asks, "where did humans come from?"
Get over it.
cavemantiger 2 days ago
@cavemantiger The absolute evidence only shows genetic degradation. We have many thousands of examples in DNA. Many of the "fit genes" are gone and we are a very sick population and rapidly getting worse. In a study in the US 1975 yo 2004 a 129% increase in childhood invasive cancer incidents alone.
1 in 3.8 people in Canada have diabetes. Insulin is sold over the counter there.
If you take the time to do your own research as I have you will see genetic degradation everywhere in evidence.

@GoodScienceForYou Julian Huxley's ‘Evolution: The Modern Synthesis is not a religious book. if you are scared to read it, fine. admit you are wrong and foolish and know nothing about evolution. admit that humans did not come from a higher species, more are we becoming higher, but that species merely change and drift over time to ensure survival in an ever-changing world.
simple as that.

It's just a theory, but I like it.
kandikid2308 2 months ago
I have two issues with this video. The first is, a lot of evolutionists make their arguments as if theists believe they were literally hand crafted. I happen to believe in a god of some sort and evolution. No not because I'm making up answers for questions NO ONE knows the answers to but because of reasons I can't state here without being attacked. So I've got a question for you...Where does ALL matter in the universe come from?
kandikid2308 2 months ago
@kandikid2308 Big bang fool. It's a better answer than...... God did it.
WAZZA1235 2 months ago
@WAZZA1235 lol maybe but neither of those are answers. In order for there to be a big bang there would have had to be some type of matter already in existence. No one's ever going to know but my point is...give it a rest people I come from a place where you have to be tolerant of other people. I think it's great. If someone believes something different than I do even if I 'know' I'm right, they're not bothering me. Maybe I even really enjoy being around that person. We don't have to argue. ;)
kandikid2308 2 months ago
@kandikid2308 Where I'm from, christians are discriminaters, haters and racists. They hate muslims very much, and have little love for atheists like me. Most of my friends are atheists, but I do have alot of tolerant christian friends. But the rest make me wish there was a hell for them to live in! And the "material" before the big bang was a sincularity. We know they exist because black holes are singularities.
WAZZA1235 2 months ago
@kandikid2308 Great reply and completely right. I work in a very scientific industry and most of the people I work with are very comfortable with the idea of a God. Scient is GREAT! I personally dont follow either a pure evolutionist arguement or creationist one - since the person who posted this video seems very ill-informed. I live 500 meters from the Natural History museum (UK) and i see all the evidence for design - yet the plaques say evolution - but with no reason.
DanceDayz 2 months ago
@DanceDayz evolution does not exclude possibility of God. I see no problem with plaques labelled "evolution". That doesn't mean no design was involved! You can have design + evolution if you wish, evolution theory itself does not exclude that. What evolution does exclude is the concept of a young earth, or a non-common descent origin of species.
Casshyr 2 months ago
@Casshyr Neither does it exclude the possibility of the Flying Spaghetti Monster (assuming were talking about the same god). However, for anything to become science, it must first be sufficiently substantiated using the scientific method. Otherwise anyone could make any claim and state "so prove me wrong."

This video is impressive drible.

Evolution is an absolute disgrace to science.
Objects never order anything, mutations never order anything and natural selection will only select what has already been ordered.
Evolution is so irrational that it should be removed from all classrooms.

Bible - The fact that something is old, doesn't make it true.
The fact of something has many believers doesn't make it true.
What makes it true is the actual evidences for the claims.
There isn't evidence.
What they have is the counts of the claims.

Evolution is not big on predictions, so arguments about proof lead nowhere.
wjestick 6 months ago
@wjestick Yep. It's just the evolution of life. Not a big prediction. Dumb christians :P
URTemplar 6 months ago
@URTemplar
Evolution does not predict life, it simply presents a very broad scheme for how life develops. Evolution does not even have a testable theory about how life started, just a series of vague guesses. How can you champion an argument you don't even understand. Listening to some clever sounding people and repeating their views without understanding is not thinking.
wjestick 6 months ago
@wjestick Dude, I understand it damn well, take my word for it. I said "evolution of life", not "creation of life", not even "creation of universe". Those things are still beyond our grasp for now.
There are theories, of course. One can always dream right? :) the difference is that we have honesty to say "we don't know for sure how we got here". Religious corrupt assholes say "oh, we magically know! An invisible man created us!"
Wich sounds more reasonable?
URTemplar 6 months ago
@URTemplar
Scientist use faith too.
wjestick 6 months ago

Evil men corrupt all things.

Beware propaganda!
wjestick 6 months ago
@wjestick Well, I for one think that the communist atheist was too "political". Doesn't seem that they were "looking for truth" at all. Btw, I think "communism" is impossible, since human beings are NOT the same.
idk, but if you ask me what I think about religions, I don't like them. About a god? I have no idea, but if there is anything, it's a being that has nothing to do with humans. We are just the dominant specie on earth for now, thats all :)
URTemplar 6 months ago
@URTemplar
Many people who have a view on religion never took the time to study it. Even adherents of certain religions have some bizarre ideas about their faith. Many common beliefs about Christianity stem from folklore, and sources like Milton, and Platonic Greek philosophy.
If you have not studied these things for yourself, you should not trust the word of others.
wjestick 6 months ago
@wjestick I think you are absolutely right! I always say that one of the hardest things nowadays is not to get information, but to filter the info we get. The freedom (mainly in the internet) is awesome, but allows people to go out and say whatever comes to mind.

Fossils of lizards 250 million yrs ago indicated that they never evolved at all.
daogdaog 7 months ago
@daogdaog " Fossils of lizards 250 million yrs ago indicated that they never evolved at all."
The retention of the basic 'reptilian' amniote body form by lizards makes it tempting to assume any similar animal, alive or extinct, is also a lizard. However, this is not the case, and lizards as squamates are part of a well-defined group. The earliest amniotes were superficially lizard-like, but had solid, box-like skulls, with openings only for eyes, nostrils, termed the anapsid condition.
wowamonn 7 months ago
@daogdaog Turtles retain this skull form. Early anapsids later gave rise to two new groups with additional holes in the skull to make room for and anchor larger jaw muscles. The Synapsids, with a single fenestra, gave rise to the superficially lizard-like Pelycosaurs, which include Dimetrodon and the Therapsids, including the Cynodonts, from which the modern mammals would evolve.
wowamonn 7 months ago
@daogdaog The earliest known fossil remains of a lizard belong to the iguanian species Tikiguania estesi from the Tiki Formation of India, which dates to the Carnian stage of the Triassic period, about 220 million years ago. However, mitochondrial phylogenetics suggests that the first lizards evolved in the late Permian. Most evolutionary relationships within the squamates are not yet completely worked out, with the relationship of snakes to other groups being most problematic
wowamonn 7 months ago
@daogdaog From morphological data, Iguanid lizards have been thought to have diverged from other squamates very early, but recent molecular phylogenies, both from mitochondrial and nuclear DNA, do not support this early divergence. Because snakes have a faster molecular clock than other squamates, and there are few early snake and snake ancestor fossils, it is difficult to resolve the relationship between snakes and other squamate groups.
