Never ever complain about your food in a restaurant as I know a load of chef`s and every one of them has said that all they do is just swap some of the food and every one said that they spit on it before sending it back out and they laugh when they then compliment the chef on a great meal even though they first complained and they then have to eat someone`s spit.
