I agree about the distortion vaguely, he needs to turn his overdrive down just a little so the notes are cleaner. But if you knew a little about music, you would know Yngwie Malmsteen plays and stratocaster... AND HE PLAYS NEOCLASSICAL MUSIC!

Not bad at all... Respect... However it could have been better if you used a not so crunchy distortion as to get a somewhat softer and more fluid sound, and it would sound better with tapping in those "tapping parts"...

But still it's good!

There are just 2 problems with this. Bach didn't write this and its for violin=-(. Yes i know we commonly say bach wrote it, but it's not in his style. Recently he's been discounted for writing this piece. And the writing in it points to it originally being a violin solo rewritten for organ. =-(...other than that can you use a foot pedal to make this more like an organ lol.

Whether or not Bach wrote it is still up for debate. As I don't think anyone has been able to come up with a credible alternate composer.

I give it a 7.8 in relation to everything else I've heard out there , I really appreciate this video as an aid in getting things worked out without being over the top.

Yeah I see a few mistakes , but moveable diminished chord at the 3ed fret cracks me up

and makes me feel better about it.

An excellent video , again not many mistakes

it works as a good skelleton outline.

ilike constructive criticism, being a guitarist myself but, these comments:"you miss pauses and 50% of legatos", and"tempo was a bit off and the distortion was wrong", these comments are useless, srry but u guys have no idea wat u are talking about, or just left a comment for the sake of sounding condecending, u did a great job, people get all but hurt when u use a hammer on instead of a double pick, or use a palm mute where you want...its called making it your own ok, 5 stars

Metronome is good for rock but not for classic music where the tempo could change every minute, get a bit slower or faster. It is the way to express emotions.

I looked at your description which says this has been written in D minor. I try to use a chord calculator to get the chords. Sounds great Bob. Nice arrangement, I particularly like the LACK of shred, everybody shreds Bach. It isn't necessary, Bachs music, harmonies and melodies speak to people you don't have to sweep pick them.
