jillduncan2008, do your homework. Police have long used "military" training and tactics--long before your dad decided to waste his seed for you. Police use military-type tactics daily--searching buildings, etc. When a gunman or gunmen are killing randomly inside a school, police are trained to stop the threat . There hasn't been a single death due to a school fire in all of N. America in 30 years, but schools still practice fire safety drills. Why aren't you bitching about that?

i think i remember seeing something like this on our news, they would make eigth graders at our local jr high dress in black clothing and carry guns, which im not sure were loaded or not, and not telling the students that they were coming and seeing what would happen. or something like that
