Thanks for sharing your menu bisaya style and here's another way from Iloilo how to cook Adobong Manok. We only use the bay leaves, garlic, coconut vinegar, oil, peppercorn and atchuete..Mix together the vinegar, garlic, bay leaves and peppercorn. Let it simmer until almost dry but not too dry then put the oil maybe about 1/2 cup and atchuete (powder one). Let it cook for a few minutes until the oil turn to yellow..You can try this,

Gud am peach. Past 12 a.m. na bya but since sunday man ugma foodtrip na sad ko with u. I tried ur buttered chicken using star margarine and using butter. U r right mas lami jud ang star margarine. Pinoy jud ta.

ate peachy, naluto ko na! may nakalimutan nga lang ako. nakalimutan kong imarinate ng 30mins yung chicken. masyado cguro akong na excited magluto.hehe! pero masarap parin yung kinalabasan! pero cguro mas masarap kung namarinate.hehe. pasado kay erpat yung lasa and napadami yung kain ko ng rice kc masarap and cguro kc natuwa ako kc ako nagluto. =)

Gud am peach. Past 12 a.m. na bya but since sunday man ugma foodtrip na sad ko with u. I tried ur buttered chicken using star margarine and using butter. U r right mas lami jud ang star margarine. Pinoy jud ta.

ate peachy, naluto ko na! may nakalimutan nga lang ako. nakalimutan kong imarinate ng 30mins yung chicken. masyado cguro akong na excited magluto.hehe! pero masarap parin yung kinalabasan! pero cguro mas masarap kung namarinate.hehe. pasado kay erpat yung lasa and napadami yung kain ko ng rice kc masarap and cguro kc natuwa ako kc ako nagluto. =)
next kong lulutuin eh yung pork afritada mo ate peachy. wish me luck.hehe.
