the fact that ma mopar stayed true to her roots with this car is what astounds me. i look at my 70 sitting next to my 10 and its scary how close these cars look being 30 years apart. i will forever drive mopar.

@b1dodge I agree 100% man. I think the Challenger is the best modern muscle car in the sense that it looks like the original. The Mustang and Camaro can't compete with that!

@4wheeler14 One thing i wish mopar would have done. NOT SO DAMN HEAVY! This car would destroy the brand x cars buy a large margine. By my calculations the rt would not loose to the others in a drag race and the srt would be worlds faster if they were closer in wieght. dont misunderstand me the challenger is silky smooth in power delivery and ride and is by far the most comfortable muscle built to date.

@b1dodge Once again, I agree with you. Dodge should try to use more carbon fiber parts and keep weight down as much as possible. I agree that the Challengers are very smooth. I test drove a Challenger R/T and the Hemi with the 6-speed is a wicked combo. The power come so smoothly, it's amazing. One hell of a car.

@b1dodge NEWS FLASH!!! the 2011 challenger will be lighter. lighter chassis, bigger engine, lightend engine, more power, upgraded suspention, lightened suspention, stickier tires, lighter exhaust, better gas milage, PURE MUSCLE CAR.
