@DrPepperlover1031 They probably do. Languages other than English tend to be spoken much faster then English. I live somewhere with a large Hispanic population and when I hear them talk it always sounds like they are rushing. My mother (Born in Germany, spoke German at home and English in her international schools) says that talking fast is the norm in most other languages.
