There's a big lake where I live but it has only been stocked for maybe 10 years or less. There are big bass (I've seen a 9 pounder caught and my biggest was a 7 1/2 pounder) but there's maybe only 15 or 20 fish over 5 pounds... will this lure attract the larger fish? I caught the 7 1/2 pounder on a rapala x-rap but most of the 3+ lb bass I pull in are either with live bait (sunfish) or zoom horny toads.
