How do you improve or higher g forces trough a barrel role???

Do you even know what g forces are?

You can travel 5million miles per hour and fell nothing.

You can travel 300kph and feel like your getting crushed.

G forces are a momentum of chaning velocity.

In other words acceleration or change of mass from its intended direction trough a momentum creates G forces.

A barrel role doesnt involve these physics.

If you pull on the stick during a barrel role you do create g force.

Aerobatics - Spectacular maneuvers performed in an aircraft not normally used in flight.

Due to terrain & other factors many airports in the world require extreme maneuvers to land safely. Landing at Gitmo required a rather severe bank in order to prevent over-flying Cuban airspace, but we didn't consider it aerobatics.
