Remember when the purple team were in a deadlock trying to figure out who to vote of the ranch? Mo didn't want to vote of Julio cause they were good friends and Tracy did't want to vote off the brown team because she "promised" them. Well, in the end Tracy got HER WAY once again, therefore sending poor Julio off the ranch. I was sort of cheering for brown to stay in, but that darn Tracy always gets her choice. I think Mo should step it up.

This was a good recap of the episode. Mike does a nice job with it. The current season overall has been decent, although S7 is still my favorite season. Julio lost A LOT of weight @ home. While it was sad to see him go, he is doing a good job at home, and it makes more sense to keep two people these as opposed to one.

One thing - Almonds are great. They do have a lot of healthy fat. However, Mike was wrong in saying they are a good source of carbs. One serving only has 3 grams of carbs.

And did anyone see next week's episode preview? It said they were going Blue V. Black AGAIN! That freakin sucks!!! I love Bob and Jill training together! They are such a dynamic duo! Why??? Why would they do this??? That makes me so mad!!! I am OUTRAGED!!!!

And boy, wil I be maaaaaaad if Jillian wins AGAIN. I think bob deserves to win for once! I love Jill but she is getting way too cocky. Give bob some credit, he is fabulous, he deserves to WIN!!!!

Btw, I thought I was the only one who noticeed Shay's grudge-carrying. I love the woman and I hope she gets very far in this game, but, for the love of pete...she has a really bad attitude. I sure hope that changes soon, nobody likes a party pooper.

Idk about any of you guys, but I was SO upset when Julio went home. He was my favorite player. He was a laidback, funny, hardworking guy who definitely proved he deserved to be there. But I'm glad the brown team stayed, but still, I'll miss Julio :(

Hey! Awesome recap! I thought this was a very good episode, the ordering out thing was very interesting, I liked it. Though it did make me a little mad, reports Liz, "Fast food resturants don't care how you order it." I mean, they ordered it the way they ordered it! 1 more reason you should cook your own food. Resturants don't care about their customers.

I seriously thought Allen was going to win that challenge. He's very competitive and a strong man. He'll get very far in this game, I'm sure.
