@SOHIFitness um have you ever watched videos on youtube? you can start off watching the office videos and end up on a nipple piercing reaction, and if that isn't the case look at all these workout thumbnails and the camera angle used in this video

Those leg raises hurt so bad, but I always say the more it burns the more it works! I have always had a big butt (family genes!) and I've been doing buns and thigh workouts a lot lately. Paired with diet, its been working really well and I have already lost some weight! Check out my vlog! Love the work out, simple but effective!
@rachelmarye I add the those exact butt blaster leg raises into every leg workout I do. I always feel them the next day! Good job on your weight loss! Keep it up and let me know if you need any tips. :)
