Legally, the document signed by Pelosi should have been refused and Obama should not have been allowed on Hawaii's ballot.

Unfortunately to be a president of the USA, the president Obama must be a "natural born" citizen and it is the case ONLY IF the following 2 conditions are met:

1) Obama must be an American who was born in the USA. The FULL birth certificate is needed to prove that.

2) BOTH parents of Obama must be American. His father was NOT American and his adopted father was Indonesian.

Therefore, even his birth certificate is not relevant in Obama's case because condition 2 is not met!!

You don't seem to get it. Our misleaders deem themselves to be above the truth, so no matter how much proof you can come up with it won't matter. This is especially so since the judiciary is in league with the farce and the majority of Americans are more concerned with who wins American Idol than with who wins the Presidency. Stick a fork in the Republic, folks, it's already well done. Sad but true...

Strange that there are so many documents out there that proofs Barry isn't eligible to be President and so many actual statements from witnesses. Yet the Supreme Court will not hear of it and be on the "Peoples" side to investigate for themselves. Someone or many are pulling the strings of so many puppets in our Government.
