Hey I'm 16 and ive played 2nd base all my life and i sometimes pitched. I really want to try out for catcher for my High School this February any tips? Thanks :)
this is good stuff i catch a lot and some times when the play still goes on like a ground ball or something i stay in my squat or like on a foul ball that i dont have to get my arm used to be really good throwing people out so i didnt have to worry on my legs to much but that went away so trying to get my legs stronger

Great ideas! My knees are wicked soar after I am in stance for long enough.I wish I had seen this sooner!
