I spent HOURS looking for easy and affordable tools to create my custom tab, then read up on over a dozen "create your custom tabs in 5 minutes" instructions and videos, but NONE got me to the finish line like you did. You have just opened up my facebook universe! Merci ;-) P.S. some of your instructions and screenshots were quite different on PC and it was a challenge following some of the instructions - a quick note to this effect could be helpful ;-)
