Decent,democratic,law-abiding people all over Europe are praying that the brave Irish vote NO again to this MADNESS !
We too want to keep our constitutions and parliamentary democracies ! We too want to keep our health systems, legal systems, school systems, own police and military.
Ireland PLEASE say NO again to the 2nd Lisbon PUTSCH attempt ! For yourselves, for your children and for the millions of us denied a say by a tiny un-elected "elite" in Brussels.
90% of the Irish who voted NO do not have a clue what is the treaty all about ... but voted NO just because their neighbour did say NO ... isn't it funny? or maybe stupid?
On behalf of the 75% of European citizens who want a referrendum but can't have one because the politicians won't let them, congratulations to Ireland for voting NO.
Why would anybody even want even more layers of government! Also if people are confused its because they want people to be confused, vote NO to anything you don't understand.
Personally, I'm in favour of a federal EU. Yet I'm going to vote no. This does more than create a federal Europe, it also enshrines a potential for corruption and an undemocratic system.
In the United States, when they want to change how things are run from the ground up, a referendum must be called. In Europe, there is no such democratic failsafe. If Lisbon is passed, they will never need a referendum again(not even an Irish one).

Congratulations Ireland and galwayvote on torpedoing the so-called Treaty! The NO vote supporters from around the globe thank you.
Yet, with the EU oligarchy, there are more battles ahead for the European common folk.
Hope to see more gallant videos from you in the future galwayvote.
