Dude it's out, just search for BVE on google choose the one with square sybols on and click on BVE 5 (under construction) then click on the blue teacup picture and find and download 'Bvets.zip'. Then extract all files and click on the bvets PROGRAM, not file. Once running, select file bvets/scienarios and select the scienario below.

@roylabruyere Since OpenBVE is "portable", it hasn't got an installer. But to make it work, you'll need some dependency dlls for it, manage it on your own this way: openbve . trainsimcentral . co . uk / use / download_windows . html
