I produced this commercial back in the 80's. Paul Winchell did the voice - he was so lovely to work with, but couldn't travel to New York to record it in person because he was working on an artificial heart he had invented and needed to stay in Los Angeles to attend the surgery for one of it's recipients.

Yes! I remember this cereal, and it was really similar to Lucky Charms. The marshmallows were Pac-Man (and later, Super Pac-Man) and the 4 ghosts.  The crunchy oat cereal part was round like the pellets Pac-Man eats in the game.
