Man this form is awesome, I hope to study with Keith Cooke some day, I go to school only 20 minutes away from where he teaches. Does anybody know what song this is? It really gets me pumped for some reason!

I did end up training with Keith Cooke for a day, I went to his school and it was awesome! I took a class with him then got to talk to him for a while. I didn't know but he was actually nationally ranked in fighting and forms at the same time! Wow, a truly great martial artist, and a great guy too.
