  • This is the definition of bittersweet.

  • wow.

  • I MISS MICHAEL. That is all =(((

  • How much you wanna bet they spent their honeymoon at Scandles, Jamaica

  • Haha that's so cute!

  • i love that it was raining... just like jim and pam's

  • Anyone know if there's a video on here of Jim's "miracle legumes"? That was simply a hilarious part of this episode.

  • Why is Rebecca Blacks's video in the suggested section?

  • i knew it! 3:35

  • i want someone to propose to me like this, sprinklers and all.

  • TT.TT I can't take the pressure this is why I didn't watch the episode. Why did I do this to myself. Stupid stupid stupid.

  • what a shame he's leaving the office, it's not gonna be the same without him.

  • The two people who disliked this video are AJ & Jan

  • Hmmmm awkward ending... Great show tho 8)

  • I can't lie. This is one of the first episodes of a TV show that actually made me cry! It's so sweet!

  • This is something I watch when I feel low - this is sweetness, and from my favorite show. Lovely.

  • ryan:will you marry me

hahah only one i was kinda worried about

    LMAO

  • No matter how many times I watch this, I still shed tears. I know for a fact, I'm going to cry my eyes out April 28th, Michaels last episdode </3

  • I like how they made one of the saddest yet happiest moments of The Fffice just a little bit humerous at the end with Kevin saying "all of us?"

  • definitely an "aaaaawwwww" moment... made me choke back tears!

  • Also, I love how they were all not happy to hear that Michael is leaving. Shows that in the end, despite everything, they do care...

  • It has been a while since a comedy made me cry like a little bitch :') I am aroud (and a little shocked) to say that Michael Scott was to blame...

  • @TheMintyMuffin

    *proud, hehehe...

  • Am I the only one that think's this episode should have been called "Michael's Proposal" instead of "Garage Sale", because his proposal was the main focus of the episode.

  • @jackedsamurai772 I see your point, but calling it "Garage Sale" made the proposal more of a surprise for the viewers. Plus there were some hilarious scenes at the garage sale, the Dallas game? The home made salsa? The legumes? Classic.

  • This was sooo flipping romantic..i love michael and holly together!

  • I love this

    im crying my eyes out

it just means the end is near

You Will Be Missed Michael Gary Scott♥

April 28th Last Episode with Michael

  • I was so overcome with emotion after I watched it that night. After all of desperate pleas for having children and to be loved, he finally got his wish. He grew up in that episode. I just wish he grew up over a span instead of one episode. Still, THE best Office moment ever.

And why does everyone like Jim and Pam's proposal so much? "Proposing in the rain"? That is so diamond-commercial. Once they showed them in the rain I could smell it light years away.

  • god its good to see something finally work out for michael, as much of a moron as he is, he earned this

  • Does anybody if The Office will continue ? I heard that Steve Carrel stop acting in it. Thanks

  • @santiiSL Steve Carrel is leaving, but he will be replaced. The Office will continue.

  • @santiiSL yes The Office is renewed for an 8th season and Will Ferrel is going to take Steve Carrel's place.

  • @TnTfav4life Will Ferrell is only signed up for 4 episodes. He's not going to be Carrell's long term replacement. This sucks because I just started getting into The Office.

  • I'm crying my eyes out.

  • As much as I think Michael is an idiot lol, he deserved to finally win one.

  • :')

  • That would be hot, I would pay to see that.

  • Creed is just like :O

  • I have mixed feelings about this. I'm glad Michael is finally getting married (he kinda deserves to after all these years), but I'm also sad that he's leaving.

  • aaawww i crieddd (: freakingg love this show♥

  • I actually cried for this episode...and I do agree...this was ... I think more romantic than jim and pam...this was just perfect...and I am so in love with their relationship...they are so meant for eachother! This was the best part of the episode...I really hope they dont take michael away...but...man...I love their relationship

  • This is 2nd best episode so far!!! Maybe it's just Michael finally being really happy... so glad for him. THE GREAT MICHAEL SCOTT! Anyways.. does anyone knows if the office is gonna stop and Michael gonna really leave???? thats really sad..

  • @fsasava nopee the office isnt gonna stop, they're just gonna replace michael (: I think they're gonna use Will Ferrell?? But im not quite suree! Its gonna be weirdd without Michael thoughh :/

  • 4:28 :-(

  • It would be really weird if Jan was the person that Michael bought all the candles from...

  • i miss the good o'l days of the office, brings back so much memories *sighs*

  • I also want to add that I love Michael and Pam's friendship :)

  • This was so sweet. I totally got teary. Michael and Holly are perfect for each other.

  • If I ever get married I hope its as good as this

  • I did not expect the sprinklers XD But it was really awesome nonetheless. Nice looking back on everything Holly and Michael went through.

  • HOLY SHIT IS THAT REAL? Yes

  • I get the impression they weren't actually told what would happen until it actually happened in the scene. Brilliant.

  • Ok this comment has nothing to do with this part of the episode, but I can't find the part I'm looking for on youtube. You know the part where Dwight was at the garage sale trying to get something from Ryan. Dwight says: "Why would I want some random black man's old photo album sitting on my bookshelf. I'm not James Franco." What does that mean, I didn't get the joke and it's bugging me. I know who James is but I still don't get it. Could someone explain to me please?

  • @AshleyLaShun2 Pretty sure it is just that Franco is known to be an odd person and likes a lot of weird art stuff and collects odd things. On Twitter he always Tweets random pictures of art and silly things that don't make any sense.

  • @AshleyLaShun2 I think he said that because Ryan probably idolizes James Franco and would have taken the photo album to be somewhat like him.

  • @AshleyLaShun2 I think the joke was the Ryan Claims he is a photographer, it has been mentioned in several episodes. Dwight was just playing into the fact that Ryan liked photography to get Ryan's stuff

  • Such a bittersweet episode. Happy that Michael will finally be happy with someone who loves him for who he is. Yet soooo sad he will be leaving the office. *tear*

  • At first, I remembered that Michael wasn't actually there when Toby announced that he was moving to Costa Rica. But then I realized that upon hearing that news, Michael would have been overcome with happiness and likely would've asked for every blessed detail in the story.

  • 2 halves of the same coin! the office sure has been fun!

  • Comment removed

  • well that was kinda expected at 3:37 lol

  • Gah I'm such a hopeless romantic...love it.

  • Our Mike has grown up a lot, and yet, is still the same goofball we all know and love<3 Glad to see him finally happy :'3

  • that was sooo romantic!

  • Also, this gave me a big confidence leap since I plan on proposing to my girlfriend in a few weeks. :-P

  • @heroxrr congrats

  • This is probably the biggest payoff for getting to know a character in American TV history. Even though he was already a man it felt like watching Michael grow up. It felt like watching all of his trials and errors; his successes and failures and this... this was the payoff I had been waiting for for so long.

And it was so worth it.

  • Michael: "We're moving to Colorado!"

    Kevin: "All of us?"

  • I love this show, and I feel like it won't be the same without michael.......

  • the office is pure genius it's comedy but yet it's romance is better than some shows out there

  • i cry every time i watch this. awww

i love michael! im so happy for him! :)

  • I love that he had the chair taken apart. So amazing

  • @buddhababy6 I didnt even notice that, thats so sweet

  • lol 'only one that i was kinda worried about'

  • I'm gonna miss Michael so much!!! But at least he is happy!

  • 'That would be hot, I'd pay to see that' ROFL!

God im gonna miss michael :(

  • My heart!!!!

    MY HEART! D:

  • Let us all make room for Will Farrell!!!!

  • @McShimmys he's got some huge shoes to fill. But i cant wait to see what he'll be like!

  • I cried. That was just beautiful but I'm so sad that Michael is leaving. Without him the show is nothing. He is The Office

  • this is like the cutest thing i have ever seen!! im gonna like cry when michael leaves tho :( he IS the office.

  • @cmbartoletti692 I know they should end the show when he leaves its only right

  • damn michel is going to coloradoo :S no way . i have to see this episodie

  • Who knew doing a Yoda voice would be the most romantic line I've ever heard in TV history?

  • if only holies dad was ok then everthing would be ok

  • awesome. NBC, will you be nice for a once and not take down this video? thank you very much, from everyone who loves the show.

  • i am just HEARTBROKEN that he is leaving/:

  • Yea this one does remind me the proposal of Chandler to Monica.

  • Im gonna miss him

  • I've already missed him A LOT!!!! but again, happy to see that he's finally happy :x sweetest proposal ever :x

  • OMG. KEVIN: all of us?

  • We should all be so lucky to find our one true NERD in life. This scene was so awesome!

  • i still can't believe michael's leaving :( i'll still watch the show regardless of his replacement, but it'll never be the same without michael

  • $13 and they still have most of their stuff. It's funny how Michael doesn't understand how a garage sale works.

  • ive never clapped smiled and cheered so much for a tv show. this is the best ever :)

  • well this is just the cutest thing ever

  • I knew Michael would be leaving during the season but I was just still shocked when I heard him saying it. That's like his family in Scranton, and he's leaving.

  • best show ever will farrell better be good in this show

  • dammit, john de mol met zijn damn "the voice" zijn we nergens veilig voor hem

  • "That be hot, I would pay to see that "

    LOL this was perfect

  • everything about this was so great, but what i really loved was hearing Holly laugh at 1:40; such a beautiful moment

  • 1 person has & never been proposed to.

  • this beat any proposal that ever had on TV history . The Office set the bar pretty damn high .

  • it finally happens for michael scott....He will never have to worry about been alone with no wife or kids......good for him ;)

  • at 4:37 it looks like dwights gonna cry

  • i cried.

  • Ryan: Will you marry me, Holly?

    Holly: No.

Michael: Only one I was kinda worried about.

  • hahaha i love when after Holly says no to Ryan's proposal, Michael goes "The only one i was worried about.." CLASSIC :)

  • i just love how from the beginning of the office to the end michael changed so much. he got more mature, and when michael first quit his job at scranton no one in the office really cared. but now you can see that they do really care now and that they have all grown to love michael.

  • I love how the candles still stay lit even after the sprinklers turn on. I never thought anyone could beat the Jim/Pam proposal.. it's been done.

  • very different from the usual Michael but imminently likeable

  • Kevins face at 4:27 is priceless

  • people have been mentioning the similarity between "the office" proposal and the one from "friends". i think the similarities were intentional, something like a comedic-irony that we all know "the office" is so well at utilizing. "the office" could be the equivalent to what "friends" was, too. definite classics, both of them.

  • You cannot not love this! (wait a michael scott moment)..I mant you CAN love this :> or if you don't love it..you are not a romantic! I was thinking..this HAS to be good...meaning I was expecting greatness because of how big of an episode it was to be and it meant ALL my expectations...if this was a tearjerker..I am so sure goodbye michael will be too....hopefully :>

  • you forgot the will ferall part :)

  • i'm surprised gabe was cool with having all the candles. i can imagine him saying no since it's a fire hazard lol

  • I honestly did not expect to cry at this. I was so surprised

  • One of the best TV proposal's ever. Sorry, Jim and Pam; I love you two, but you’ve been ousted.

  • @pinkfoundglory Michael's proposal had to be over the top for it to be believable. He's dramatic and was so desperate to find love, he was a little bit of a love slut. The writer's did a good job because I really believe he loves Holly and this proposal was really sweet. But NOTHING tops Jim and Pam OR the way Jim loves Pam. Their whole relationship was unconventional and Jim's proposal didn't need to be over the top as long as he got the girl in the end :)

  • i hope they have a wedding episode

  • @CTdoom me too! it would be so awesome! maybe they will as a season finale

  • I don't know if anyone else could mention herpes and prostituting for Outback steak in their relationship history AND make it sound like the most endearing thing ever. Brilliant performance!

  • I cried when I saw this to, Finally michael found someone who can complete, Who is just perfect for him, And I can't believe he's leaving :'( This is the most amazing proposal I've seen

  • I never thought a tv-show could get me so much. This is truly one of the most beautiful moments in the history of the office. I cried of joy when michael proposed to holly and 10 seconds later I cried from sadness when he announced he's leaving. I guess I was still in denial, but this really showed what a gifted actor steve carell is. And if he doesn't win the Emmy, he's been deserving for the last seven years, this year, I will BURN UTICA TO THE GROUND!!!

  • @xEdwardAnthonyMasenx fk u micheal was the best

  • This was the most bittersweet moment in the entire series!!

  • All I got to say is WILL FERRELL!!!!!!!! WILL FERRELL WILL BE TAKING MICHAELS SCOTT'S POSITION!!!!! OH YEAH!!

  • @chicagosouthside1 I can't believe steve carell is leaving, Will ferell will never replace michael's position

  • THIS WAS WAY BETTER THAN JIM'S PROPOSAL TO PAM!!

  • I still think the "message in fire" would have been a good way to go. But this was very sweet, and much safer.

  • @tjoceasde i love the message in fire how he poured all the gas right next to all the cars

  • This is as great as the story of Jim & Pam.

  • this scene tops season 2's jim's confession to pam. bravo!

  • I didn't think Michael could be this much of a romantic... :)

  • remember what i tried there? lol

  • I had to fight back tears while watching this part

  • @pc1321652 I agree...

  • "the only one I was really worried about"

(Michael about Ryan's proposal to Holly)

  • ""Michael's like a movie on a plane. You know it's not great but it's something to watch. And then when it's over, you're like, how much time is left on this flight. You know, now what?"

Colorado just got a whole lot funnier, even though I am sad....those imaginary children are going to be funny mofos

  • the best thing that i have ever seen on this show.

  • Perfect proposal. Hope we get to see the wedding.....

  • here's to michael and holly scott. <3 too bad we probably won't get to see the wedding... :( happy thoughts, pam, happy thoughts. :)

  • I cried when I saw this! :(

  • SO SO SOOOO PERFECT!!!! it was seriously the best thing since the JAM proposal. and wedding. and baby. <3 hehe. michael and holly are DEFINITELY soup-snakes. i knew it right when she got there to replace toby. :)

  • Best Proposal ever!

  • T_T

  • @squizz323 Hi victor!

  • @Barbzxkb24 @squizz323

    Hi guys Andrew

  • @Barbzxkb24 Hi edward!!

  • it was just perfect!<3

  • I cried when I saw this on TV and I am crying now. He can finally be happy and you can see from everyones faces that he will be missed at the office. :(

  • @xfoxelil1xx dude i totally agree. and yeah i got a little teary too...first time from the office.

  • What an awesome proposal.
