  • all KW and New Breed Macks built in Australia are Uniquely australian made. won't find them anywhere else. and for the record, that IS a new breed mack...got a 525 Mack motor in it. the 620 Cummins motor needs mass revs to get it to go anywhere...the older motors can lug lower revs. so you yanky fuckers can fuck off...ya cant run the weights we lug! and ya cant keep up with the tech...ya still usin old school gear 'lowboys with detachable goosenecks?' instead of floats? really? fuck sake.

  • we have a brand new titan, and that just by looking at the dash and the hood, is not a titan, also the titan comes with a 605 hp mack engine, they stopped producing e9's in the 90's. maybe over there it is different , but the trucks are far more smoother now

  • @tvlguy24 I have one thing to say

    without trucks, Australia stops!

  • Gold Dog SuperLiner V8,,4 shaft 18 speed,,twin top load pumpkins,,camelback,,He,s a Mack Front to Back

  • Fucking truck drivers. My engine/cock is bigger than yours. Get a life you childish oxygen thieves. It goes to show no matter what country they are from they are all the same; Immature bone heads with a serious case of "tall poppy syndrome."

  • @tvlguy24 that's seriously stereotypical. whats your problem with truck drivers? did they piss you off or something?

  • @tvlguy24 yea that give you almost all your goods!

  • I had an 88 Mack E-9 500 with "super-flow" injectors and pump work. I got over 6 mpg and ate everything that came near me. Where I am from, 80,000# is legal gross, and the only thing that EVER passed me was a Kenworth W9 with a 3408 which had twin turbos. No Cummins or Detroit could ever touch an E-9 500. A V-8 will always have more torque. Go back to school and learn something....

  • @bumpsr i love v8s but inline engines are far superior, they have more torque than v8s and are naturally balanced, to my knowledge there are no more over the road v style engine being produced for class 8 trucks. im not dogging on you, we still have 7 e9's in our fleet but the cummins blow there doors off.

  • iv seen with my own eyes a e9 525 mack blowing a 620 cummins away. it just comes down to how you drive the big v8

  • mudcarters you guys are fukn morons, drive like idiots cut off traffic and whinge all fukn day on the radio.

  • haha " oh fuck transit lane " love it !!

  • carn ol mate, you got more on the pedal. so not much of a win for ya there, but nice sounding rig

  • Fuckin cockhead body-dog mon-fri steering wheel attendents. Loud mouthin on the 2-way. CUNTS

  • what was the weight of each truck because I've never had an E-9 run round me on the road fully loaded

  • Cool video, lousey launguage.

  • Not bad for a Mack E9-525, just kept going. Mack,s latest offering ,the Titan is fine for those hauling the equivalent of a loaded Airbus A380 Superjumbo. But has to much chrome, easily damaged. Like the old 685, one of those with a souped up Cummins QRSK, 6 speed Allison Box with 4 speed aux coupled to triple Rockwell R180 axles, twin front axtes to cater for the massive engine and box, short stub underswept exhaust pipes what a beast,

    from oldboilerdog.

  • I used to rip doors off 600 argosys with a CL575 loaded to the max Taupo to Wellington, it was the shit! Shame about down hill then but it has a voith retarder now. Lucky you jumped in the gap in the transit lane un farken real alrite.

  • a fucking 620 signature has 2050 foot pound ot torque from 1500 to 1000 revs i think

  • what sort of kenworth is that? looks like a 4 series therefore i dont think it would have 600hp

  • doesnt matter his still look up a dogs ass all day

  • Aussie Truckin' :P <3

  • seen a frieghtliner up in new york state pulling 2 53'fter's truck had a DD 500HP 10speed did pretty well

  • low horsepower units

    730hp is the nwe king

  • Comment removed

  • @SecularTechnology can you please elaborate on this? ive never seen a kenworth or fruitloop with 1000hp. even kenworths c510 with a cummins qsk engine is only rated at 600hp. you will generally see more road train rated trucks with slightly lower hp ratings so tyhey can adjust the torque curve to provide greater fuel economy at cruising speeds as the final drive ratios are so high

  • @SecularTechnology you idiot, you have no idea, highest hp in aus is Volvo FH16 660hp. Kenworth C510 and C540 have 650 hp QSK19 litres, Cat had the Accert 625hp, cummins have the Signature 620hp,, Scania R620 these are the biggest, Volvo have the FH19 700 hp and Scania have the R730hp which is the highest production truck hp but these 2 aint available in austrtalia

  • @muckrunner308 Than you guys are getting your asses shot up and down by American trucks, because our oversize load trucks have specialty CAT and Cummins engines that have 1,000 plus Lb.-Ft.

I feel sorry for you Aussies. Out in the cold, when you have a rep for the largest trucks on the planet.

  • @SecularTechnology yes we have the largest rucks on the planet, dont need 1000hp though to destroy them, the Kenworth C510s were running 750 hp when they first came out but the 18 speed roadranger couldnt handle the tourque so they detuned them to 600, this still pulls 4 trailers at 100kmh easy enough but the main reason is the big 19 litre makes 600 hp detuned so its just cruising along at 600 and chew less fuel and need rebuilds at twice the hours the 620 and 625 cummins/cats do.

  • @muckrunner308

No you don't actually. I've seen oversized loads here on YouTube bigger than those road trans as you call them.

  • @SecularTechnology they might be bigger but they only crawl along and are few and far between, there are thousands of road trains across australia and they sit on 100kmh/62mph all day every day, a road train spec rruck could pull 500 tons at 10 kmh like those vids as well, but 180 odd ton 24/7 in 50 degree heat on shit dirt roads is a different story

  • @muckrunner308

Bull shit, they only thing Road Trains have problems with is Kangaroos. Try Hauling a Heavy load in New York City.

And even the oldest Semi trucks have A/C.

And they actually wouldn't spend any more time on the road than an American trucker would.

  • @SecularTechnology I aggree. Australian Heavy hauls are overrated :p

  • @SecularTechnology Your comparing chalk and cheese buddy.....lol whats the weight limit for an American "Roadtrain" lol same as our loaded single mass....and u blow out your motors just to look good and thats about it...come on over champ and we'll show u what real trucks are all about. And real loads with real conditions...something u guys in the states are not really familiar with and until u come down here and do it yourself I doubt your words have any weight in a debate like this.

  • @marcellawison01 What are you trying to prove man? Your trucks, engines and transmissions are AMERICAN. How is the worlds 3rd largest mountain range or the desert in the southwest or big cities not conditions? We pull just as much weight as you guys over it and through it. Get off your high horse and realize where your damn trucks come from.

  • @15Woodsmen LMFAO!!!!! They come from BAYSWATER MELBORNE DICKHEAD.....Only way a truck will last the distance is if we make it ourselves....Hang on a minute....thats right the Kenworth plant HERE sends your country revised plans on there mistakes lol and you can read that anywhere you like. Yeah American trucks are so good buddy they can only be registered as a single due to IMPERFECTION in the chassis so im not sure whos blowin hot air up your ass mate but it makes you look stupid.

  • @marcellawison01 The brand is still AMERICAN. I dont understand what you mean by the chassis imperfections. Add a few crossmembers if thats what you mean, big fuckin deal. You didnt say anything about the engines or transmissions which are American. No, we dont have them here but does that make them unAmerican? NO. So besides Kenworth building a factory in Australia to make trucks instead of shipping them over there, how are they bult by you? And you misspelled MELBOURNE AUSSIE MOTHER FUCKER.

  • @15Woodsmen Let me break it down or should i say dumb it for your stupid yanky train of thought. the imperfections i talk of is due to your second rate alloy chassis which cant handle our weights.Thats right u dont haul the same weights and theres your proof...pfft Engines yeah right we need to seriously alter engine and transmission spec to handle out ambient temps and you can find that out on any AUSSIE KW site.I maybe an Aussie motherfucker but im not a dumb motherfucker..that titles for you

  • @SecularTechnology Heavy Haulage Australia aka TexasT525 on youtube runs big power in his trucks but some run hub reduction drive and has good drivers who dont flog the trucks

  • @SecularTechnology lmao wow a 1000lb-ft of torque u guys must have monsters.....just one thing ....we go to 2050ft-lb and thats factory....you really know how to burn someone...with incorrect facts....so funny!!!

  • Drove for over twenty years. Drive a Detroit like you mad at it,a Cat has torque for days.A Cummins remnds me of a 350 Chevy, good all purpose engine.A Mack on the other hand, the harder you work it,thhappier it is.

  • yea the mack is 525 to the rears un like the cummins 620 witch is only 450

  • I wonder how I'd go with any of those truck motors in my car....ponders

  • @SauronsEye you wouldn't go at all because the 3000 lb engine would break your front axle :-)

  • E7 E8 amd E10 are all that are available here in the US now. As much as I'd like a Titan (and a hood!!).. I'm awaiting delivery of a Pinnacle axle back w/the E8.

This will be my first Mack but I feel it's well overdue as for over a hundred years they have been made right in my back yard! WAY before they sold to Volvo.

  • This goes to prove not always kenworths are king of the road

BUT. Im still a kenworth bloke and wouldnt mind driven a mack

  • which means its not a standard 525 engine you can open any motor up to more than it should be i know blokes who got 600 signatures out to over 650

  • lol the aussies love american trucks, well the Australian version atleast... lol i dont think that motor is available in the us no more ? does any1 no ?

  • The V8 Mack engine??? It's not available anywhere anymore! Blame it on the strict emissions controls around the world!

  • @stevesai

The V8 Mack is long gone, too expensive to fix ( $40000 to overhaul one ), plus you can get equal power in a lighter package from any of the inline 6 diesels out there. But nothing beats the smoothness and the sound, and they are hard to break. The thing is hardly straining even at the 1000hp level, and the lower hp rated motors will literally go forever before needing a major overhaul.

  • I had. 1990 superliner with e9-500 18 speed mack 3.86 rears loved that truck but things happen we only could get e9 in 500 hp or less but mine got turned up bigger turbo lots of power have you had any problems with that truck

  • cant beat an E9 and im a cummins guy!

  • Put em on the rollers is the only way to know who's got what at the treads. Someone organise a dyno day somewhere. I'd bring mine along (T908 with signature)

  • probably the new egr 600 cummins, but you will be surprised what a truck with 75hp less can do when it has no speed governor and gets a run at the hill compared to the bigger horsepower with rev limiters and speed limiter etc....

  • good stuff! up the mighty mack

  • Nice truck! Do you have any other pictures of her?

  • that is complete fucking bullshit a 620 signature would stomp a 525 v8 into the ground unless the v8 has been opened up in which case its not a stardand 525 i know blokes who had 525 v8s in the old superliners and now have 620 signatures in titans and the 620 shits on them

  • That is a MACK with an E9-525, a 525hp engine and a Kenworth with a CUMMINS 620 Signature. See the video, it's not exactly trick photography. Spielberg and Lucas couldn't produce better results.

  • @fdeen71 This person has to realise this Titan has a V8 engine - V8 beats 6 cylinder any time, regardless of power!

    Joe

  • easy to say that they are both fully loaded. i agree with you bud. and in the vid i notice its called a 600 and not a 620 too.

  • Thats a Mechanical VS an Elecrtonic for ya. My old 350 Mack will almost keep up with an electric 475 cat

  • @willandshaylin2008

Those Bulldogs ain't no joke, but I have a feeling that someone felt that Mack up a little if the loads are equal. A Signature Cummins is a runner, but just adjusting the pump on the Bulldog and a little more turbo there's 700+hp plus the torque.

  • typical round town mudcarters drivin like idiots hoggin the right lane all the time

  • At least he's moving!

  • LOL

  • That,s some top mudcartin...

  • do they have the same load, the same rear endswhich is the torque difference?

  • I guess you don't have any Macks or Kenworths in your part of the world so you wouldn't understand. Just watch the video and savour the moment! Just so you know, the Titan is heavier.

  • well i suppose Mack has higher torque on wheels, there is no miracles ,cant fuck with the Physics

  • Like I said, you wouldn't understand. At least it's better than the euro trash you have on the roads over there.

  • i got it,you are mack v8 fan

  • Would love to see a full haul in that Titan!

  • Poor bloke in the Kenny with his more powerful Cummins being blown into the bushes by a Mack with a V8 with about 100hp less! Bloody good stuff!

  • i tell u,i havent seen to many out pull them v8's the more weight on them ,the better they pull, and that v8 is not loosing it either

  • Can't beat them V8's, top work..
