The point is this. When you come into a country illegally you have broken the law period! Its unfair to the ppl coming into the country the legal way. Either we uphold the laws of this country or we dont. Ppl are trying to play both ends of this and its not right. Thats why u cant go into a country illegally. Whether u come their to work etc. U have to go thru the process because it is fair to everyone.
You cannot go in any other country and break their immigration laws. You can jailed or even killed. Either we enforce our laws or we dont. There is no cherry picking in this issue. This issue has to be sorted out first, then u can focus on ppl being made citizens in this country. This is a major mistake. Its unfair to the ppl coming into this country the legal way.
