Indeed this is Sugar Pie. It's titled 'Going Back Where I Belong' issued on Veltone 108. This was a label owned by Bob Geddins out of San Francisco circa 1959. The backing is by the Pee Wee Kingsley Band. I think the track also appeared on her Checker LP.
It also came out on a Checker EP which plays at 33rpm...so you can have it on Veltone, LP and EP...superb tune and props to Pee Wee and the boys
