@TheEdiefan27 well then that would mean that Libra is aligned with either a good part of the Seventh House as well as the Eighth House and so in your experience Venus would have much to do with partnering and compatibility, but not so necesarily in any universal sense. Sexuality obviously has everything to do with Venus, but believe it or not many people get that outside of a relationship. For you the Sun's influence is very much synonymous with individuality but not so for everybody.
