Guitar Hero is easier than an actual guitar, however there are people who put so much time into playing Guitar Hero that they might as well have picked up an actual guitar and learned some riffs or chord progressions. Nobody cares if you're good at a video game, so it's more impressive to be able to play a relatively simple song on a real guitar than to play every GH song on expert.

They're fun, but I fail to see how video games can compare to sport or poetry. It takes a hell of a lot of real hard commitment to be an athlete, or to develop your talent in an art. I could probably own 90% of the people here at my chosen franchise - Socom, because I've stuck with it for 6 years. Is that an accomplishment that has bettered me as a person? Is that an accomplishment that has contributed anything to humanity? No. I'm only good because I never used to have anything better to do.

The GH Franchise needs to start giving the people what they want. Then it would make it tougher for the RB Franchise to keep up. Guitar Hero needs to focus on one game to make at a time instead of making a game that is slighty better or worse while working another game coming.

2.I'm only buying this game because Matt Bellamy from Muse is in it and Plug in Baby is in it. I haven't played Guitar Hero since GH2 so I'm kind of excited. I know I can't play GH5 DLC on older GH games, but can I buy DLC for the past GH games and play them on GH5?
