Not bad at all! First time I heard any of her music and I am pleasantly surprised! I guess I was expecting something more ahh "esotherical" or something, because of the link to DS ofcourse:-) Gonna listen to more of her music. She's still amazing and lovely as before. I love her and her voice. She woke up the best in Sylvian, he made some beautiful and different songs while they were together. Too bad it's over.

how nice to see an important artist make a new contribution.

I'm not so certain, though, that Ingrid has managed to shake the influence of Sylvian in this offering; David seems all over this track (or, well, his ghost does anyhow), and it's probably Sylvian's absence in production that separates this song from the chance of entering into the realm of the exceptional -- nevertheless, this is still a solid offering from an artist that clearly has something important to say.
