within every demonstration, there needs t be a group of people prepared to perform a citizen's arrest on any black bloc members that start to cause trouble. they need to act quickly and decisively, and be certain to video document everything, and unmasking the black bloc members should be a primary goal. that documentation then needs to be disseminated in hopes of linking any of the faces captured to known members of the police force.
