I used some similar stuff just now, with conflicting instructions just like that. It uses peroxide which is used in rocket fuel no less. Still it does work, but i get too paranoid and end up over salivating and spitting it everywhere lol

the teeth whitener actually works just as good/if not better than something like crest whitestrips (i've tried both) its pretty good! The tube itself cost as much as the actual full package with the mouthguard thingies, so I bought the whole package for about 4.95!
