@tylerkroymann everything ya said is true, for example i have the dual wield 2 handed weapons mods for dragon age just to see a dwarf running around with 2 battle axes twice his size and slaughtering enemies. mods are meant for fun and for people to enjoy if they wish, and if you think about it DLC for video games are technically mods.

i found a spot over to the right a bit more, between some rocks on the side of a hill where you can stand and never be hit (with the exception of "roar" and "fire spit/fire breath" rarely with "fire breath") she still moves, but is attackable. this Mod is also very interesting.

@tylerkroymann same here, but seriously mods are meant for fun, Bioware made a mod tool with the idea that people will make mods and get an idea of what it's like to be a gaming developer, people who make mods make them to add an aspect to a video game that they think is needed, like more monsters new levels or quests, yes there are some modders out there who make those cheat mods that elyk mentioned but they are usually for after that person beat the game once and just want to mess around.

Regarding the mod being overpowered:

The only reason the summons steamrolled the high dragon is because:

a) I set up all their tactic slots. (took nearly 30 minutes)

b) the player and the companions are all level 25.

c) to make the video, I gave each and every possible group buff I could find to the player character and companions.

If you brought an unmodified level 25 party to fight the high dragon, I'm 100% sure you can kill it in just as short a time, or even shorter.

Unless I constantly heal them and buff them, the summons are really, really weak. They are about as tough as the typical darkspawn alphas you see in your journies.
