She sure looked like an adult in her mug shot and she was

fingerprinted twice in an attempt to establish her true identity.

She lied to the police, her attorney, the court, and ICE. At any

time she could have stopped the deportation by revealing her

true identity. This is no victim!

Jak's mother, "I just feel it was wrong. She's just a child...". Yeah this "child" ran away and knowingly got deported. She bragged about it on facebook.  She didn't want to be found, but her mother did and forced her back home. Did you see how miserable she was at the airport upon her arrived - no smile at all. She tricked the US and Columbia, and now the mother wants to sue. Moral of story - if you are smart enough, you too can fool your government and hit the jackpot with litigation.
